This is an exciting step forward for the federal AI landscape! The biggest opportunity ahead is helping agencies move from experimentation to secure, mission-grade AI adoption that improves speed, decision-making, and mission outcomes. Proud to see Accenture Federal Services and OpenAI joining forces to help make that real.
May 2026Most insurance products don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because they were never tested in the real world. Here’s the truth 👇 Launching a new insurance product is NOT just about: ❌ pricing ❌ features ❌ compliance It’s about validating assumptions before you scale. Because every product is built on guesses: Will customers actually buy this? Will they complete the application? Will underwriting slow everything down? Will systems even support it? Without experimentation… you’re just hoping. With experimentation… you’re learning. 🔹 Test customer journeys → improve conversion 🔹 Test underwriting models → balance risk vs speed 🔹 Test channels → find what actually works 🔹 Test systems → avoid operational breakdowns 🔹 Test early → reduce regulatory and financial risk In insurance, you don’t get unlimited retries. 👉 A bad launch can impact profitability for years. That’s why the smartest teams don’t “launch big.” They: ✔ Pilot ✔ Measure ✔ Learn ✔ Iterate ✔ Then scale Because in insurance: Getting it right the first time is rare. Scaling the right thing is what matters.
May 2026Not all damaging leadership is loud. Sometimes it looks like constant pressure… without support. Like expectations that keep moving… but are never clearly defined. Like your work being questioned… more than it’s recognized. Over time, it does something subtle… but real. It wears people down. Confidence erodes. Energy shifts from doing the work… to second-guessing it. And no matter how much you give… it never feels like enough. I’ve seen what that kind of environment can do. And it’s changed the way I think about leadership. Because whether you intend to or not… 👉 The way you show up impacts how people see themselves 👉 The way you respond shapes how safe people feel 👉 The way you lead… either builds people up… or slowly breaks them down That’s not something to take lightly. People may forget what you said… But they will NEVER forget how they felt working for you.
Apr 2026I read a post today about the “10 hats” great leaders wear… And it stuck with me… not because it was new… but because it reinforced something I’ve believed for a long time: Leadership isn’t about consistency in style… it’s about consistency in intention. Every person you influence needs something different from you. > Some need clarity… > Some need space… > Some need to be pushed… > Some need to be heard… And the job isn’t to pick one leadership style and stick to it… It’s to recognize what’s needed… and be willing to flex. That’s the part of leadership that’s harder than it sounds. > It requires awareness… > It requires restraint… > And sometimes it means showing up in ways that don’t feel natural. But if you expect everyone to adapt to you instead of the other way around… You’re not really leading... You’re operating in your comfort zone. The best leaders I’ve seen don’t just “wear different hats”… > They pay attention. > They read the room. > They adjust in real time. > And they show up based on what’s needed… not what’s easiest. Because the gap between how you prefer to lead… and how others need you to lead… is the difference between comfort… and impact. #Leadership #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamLeadership #GrowthMindset

Apr 2026Early in my career, I gave feedback too much power. Not just about my work—about everything. If someone had an opinion, I felt like I needed to act on it. Adjust. Fix. Change. And if it really bothered me? I took that as a sign they were probably right. Looking back, a lot of that came from needing validation. From not fully trusting my own judgment yet. I remember being frustrated about a piece of feedback once—really stuck on it. And someone said to me: “It’s just feedback. It doesn’t mean you were wrong. And it doesn’t mean you have to do anything with it.” That stopped me. Because I had been treating every voice like it carried equal weight. It doesn’t. Some feedback helps you grow. Some helps you see blind spots. And some… just reflects someone else’s preferences or perspective. The shift wasn’t learning to accept feedback. It was learning to trust myself enough to evaluate it. Because if you’re not careful, you can start shaping yourself around every voice in the room… ... and lose your own in the process. #Leadership #Growth
