Just finished two days of Training from the Back of the Room course hosted by the amazing Jose Casal ! This was the first time this was run in Finland. Certificates earned, photo evidence of me, Eliška Čejpová and Jose attached. Most training is still built around one assumption: explain it clearly enough and people will get it. TBR flips that. Instead of preparing a good explanation, you design situations where people figure things out themselves. You talk less. They do more: discuss, connect, try things. Sounds simple. Too few actually do it. What stayed with me is what it means for the trainer’s job. You stop being the person with answers. You become the person who sets up the conditions for others to find them. Thanks Jose. This one will stick 🙏 There might be a second course coming in autumn, ping Jose directly for info 😉 #TrainingfromtheBACKoftheRoom #TBR #BrainFriendlyTraining #LearningThatSticks
