Had a fantastic week this week hosting our very first Achievers Recognition Next - London. Seeing our customers and A-Players together in one room was amazing and shows what a real community we have. This is just the beginning for our customer community and I cant wait to grow these types of opportunities to connect our amazing customers together. Huge thanks to everyone who made this happen, David Bator , Anu Subramanian , Scott Landers, Cassidy Fenton , Kristian Gaetano and our very own Laura Butler . And a very special thankyou to our customer panelists Jess Crichton and Kate Skae - you were both fantastic!

A few weeks back, the A-Players at Achievers went on an adventure to Aruba for our annual top performers trip. As a revenue leader, I've personally enjoyed these events for decades, but the Achievers events hit differently. Yes, the food, sun, awards, and activities are somewhat the same, but the experience... It's unique. The reason is the people themselves and how they view the trip. One person in particular shared something with me that summed it up best. For them, the trip is like the "best summer camp ever". It's a mixture of friends spending time together, going on adventures, strengthening bonds that create forever relationships, and slowing down the world to embrace it in a way that recharges the mind and body. The laughter, smiles, and sheer joy witnessed were a reminder to me of how precious these events are and why we do them. It's not simply about recognizing one's achievements; that's table stakes. It's about inspiration to be your best and about helping others around you so they can share in that joy next year. Shout out to Scott Landers Kristian Gaetano Jessica L. for being such incredible co-hosts and culture drivers for our people. Already looking forward to next year after an amazing FY26 finish, let's go!

100K in the month of May! 🏃♂️ This month, I’ve set a goal to run 100 kilometres in support of Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation in Edmonton. Several years ago, my cousin’s son Brayden had his scoliosis surgery and treatment done at Stollery. So over the next few weeks, I’ll be running with a goal of raising $1,000 to support the great work they do. It's my hope that these donations can help out more kids like Brayden. 35K down, 65 to go! Shoutout to Achievers for running this awesome initiative with Million Reasons to Run. Here's the link to my donation page if you'd like to consider donating: https://lnkd.in/e_crQ5ah

Achievers and Workday have launched a new, first-of-its-kind offering for our shared customers: Workday Recognition provided by Achievers. With this new AI-powered offering, we’re bringing Achievers’ recognition and rewards solution directly into the Workday experience, making it easier for companies to celebrate great work and build stronger, more productive teams. Our customers know that recognition drives results. Just last month, Achievers’ customer Cineplex shared how recognition helped reinforce exceptional behaviors across field team members, leading to a notable YoY rise in NPS at 85% of venues. With this launch, joint customers of Achievers and Workday can amplify everyday moments of appreciation with cutting-edge, AI-powered technology that has real impact on retention and engagement; turning appreciation into actionable insights. Having recently celebrated 15 years with Achievers and with 2025 marking our strongest growth year ever, I’m proud to keep building on the momentum with this next step in Achievers and Workday’s 12-year partnership. #BetterTogether Workday Recognition provided by Achievers is now available to customers. An incredible leader in my network is hiring a Communications & Positioning Manager at Achievers . This role will own and elevate customer and operational communications end-to-end, bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional work while shaping how the organization tells its story internally and externally. What makes this especially compelling: this leader consistently brings in strong talent and helps them grow into high-impact roles across the business. It's a great gig, but it's also a great launchpad. And selfishly, a rockstar in this role makes the day-to-day of my Mid-Market CS team way easier! If you think in scalable systems, love turning operational complexity into clear narratives, and can influence cross-functionally across Product, CS, Marketing, and Operations - this could be a great fit :) Job description here: https://lnkd.in/ejcmZx6W

When two worlds collide, to make something incredibly impactful happen. Really excited about this one! What if recognition wasn’t a separate program, but part of the tools people already use every day? That’s the idea behind Workday Recognition provided by Achievers .

LinkedIn

Our CHRO nails the why: engagement, retention risk, burnout, and skills ambiguity are rising, but appreciation still drives performance. This partnership brings Achievers recognition and rewards directly into Workday with real-time insights.
