Hello Everyone, Happy to share that I will now be handling the PR and communications mandate for Narasu’s Coffee on behalf of Adfactors PR. Narasu’s Coffee is one of South India’s trusted legacy coffee brands with a revenue of Rs. 641 crore, exports contributing 51% of the business, and presence across 49 countries. The brand currently operates 90+ stores in Tamil Nadu and continues to expand its footprint across India. We would be keen to explore : • Relationship Building Meetings (RBMs) • Authored article opportunities • Industry story participation across coffee, FMCG, retail, consumer, and lifestyle trends If these themes align with your journalistic beat, I would be happy to connect and facilitate interactions with the brand leadership team. Looking forward to collaborating. #NarasuCoffee #CoffeeIndustry #FMCG #PR #AdfactorsPR #coffeebeans
May 2026*Long Post Alert* Ten years ago, I walked into Adfactors PR as a trainee, eager to learn, nervous to perform, and curious about the world of communications. Today, as I complete a decade here, I can honestly say ; it feels surreal, fulfilling, and deeply personal. People often ask me, “What made you stay at one company for so long?” And my answer has always been simple ; growth, trust, and the freedom to evolve. Adfactors didn’t just give me a job; it gave me an identity. It shaped me into the professional I am today ; someone who can walk into high-pressure situations with confidence, knowing I am backed by incredible leaders, mentors, and teams. From traditional PR to digital transformation, from crisis mandates to the AI era, this organisation ensured that I was constantly learning, adapting, and growing. What truly makes this place special is its culture ; empathetic, ambitious, and empowering. It gave me room to make decisions, take ownership, make mistakes, learn, and lead. Somewhere along the way, this workplace became what I fondly call my “home ground.” A big part of this journey has been learning under the guidance of Madan sir ; where intensity, excellence, and resilience became second nature. Looking back, I think I’ve done a fairly decent job surviving and thriving through it all. Hopefully Vibha Sharma Dr Samir Kapur sir will agree. :) As an emerging leader in PR today, one of the most rewarding parts of the journey is mentoring the next generation of professionals and helping them discover their own voice and confidence. And because every milestone deserves a little Bollywood wisdom, this one feel fitting: “Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost.” Here’s to the next decade of learning, leadership, storytelling, and building meaningful impact in the world of communications. P.S. It took me 2 days to gather the best memories. Nijay N. May 2026Truly honored by a surprise visit today from a true veteran of the Indian automotive industry. It was an incredible pleasure to welcome Harbhajan Singh San to Adfactors PR office today. Meeting him after so many years brought back invaluable memories of working closely with him during his landmark tenure at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI). To this day, I view his expertise across Industrial Relations, Corporate HR, and Strategic Communication as the absolute gold standard in our circuit. While many know him from his new institutional leadership roles, for me, he will always be the leader who proved that true corporate reputation isn't built in PR releases, but on the shop floor. Thank you, Sir, for dropping by and for the powerful lessons that continue to guide my work in high-scrutiny reputation practice.
