When people ask what we do, I usually reach for this analogy. Imagine you're building a house, so you hire a general contractor. They figure out what you actually want, price it out, bring in the right specialists, and lay the foundation, the architecture, and the framework, fine-tuning every component until it's livable. That's what we do, just on technology platforms instead of buildings. Every project comes down to three levers, time, scope, and budget. One of them is always being pulled, and the skill is knowing which one and helping the client see it clearly. "You want all 10 scope items in 3 months? Great, then budget can flex so we can add the right people." Or, "Let's narrow scope and ship the most important pieces first." The job is more than telling clients what they want to hear. It's telling them what they should hear so they can make the best decision possible. If you're looking to remodel your tech stack, send me a DM. Me and my team are ready to help.
May 2026Today, the Right To Food UK Commission , under the leadership Ian Byrne MP and Barrie Margetts , has written to the Prime Minister raising urgent concerns over rising food insecurity, increasing food inflation and reports of potential dynamic pricing for food in supermarkets. With 14 million people across the UK already living with food insecurity, we are calling for immediate action to protect families struggling to afford basic essentials. Our message is clear: * Food is a human right, not a luxury. * Dynamic pricing for food must never be introduced. * Household incomes must rise for those most at risk. * Support for community food hubs and grassroots organisations must be strengthened. * Excessive profiteering while families go hungry cannot continue. The evidence gathered by the Commission across Liverpool, Newcastle, Aberdare, Cardiff and Belfast shows that food insecurity is driving health inequalities, damaging life opportunities and deepening poverty in communities across the country. We urge the Government to act now.
