Cold calling is not dead. At the start of Q1, I made a bet with my BDR team: if they could hit their Q1 quota before the end of month 2, I’d take them to the Ritz. Well… not only did they beat their quota, they brought in more QP than in all of H1 last year in 10 short weeks 🤯 How? They are brilliant AND use our own product. - Real-time conversation intelligence and AI-powered workflows - CRM-driven context at their fingertips on every call - Real focus on relevance, not just volume And SOON… Aircall be adding virtual outbound agents into the mix with Aircall’s AI Voice Agent functionality coming this April. Not replacing the team — leveling them up! So I’m curious — how are you thinking about outbound today? Human, AI, or both? Aircall’s got you 😉 And yes… a bet is a bet. We closed it out at Nubeluz at the The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad : fancy cocktails, incredible views, and a team that more than earned it. Let's chat about Virtual Agents! https://lnkd.in/eQ2FFnkY
Posting this about a month late (lol whoops) but it still means just as much! I was one of the Aircall's President's Club winners this year!! and what made it even more special is that this was the first time GTM Enablement was included as a category. That's not a small thing. Enablement teams don't carry quota, don't close deals, and don't always have an obvious seat at the table when it comes to recognition like this. So the fact that leadership chose to include us says a lot about how Aircall thinks about the people behind the people who sell. Lisbon was incredible. A few days with some of the best closers, builders, and operators in the company; and honestly, a reminder of why I love working here. A few thank yous I need to get out: Stefano Perrotta ; for backing every weird idea I've brought to the table over the last 18 months and giving me the room to build things my own way. Not every manager does that. Madelyn DePrey and Fred Viet ; for creating an environment where a team like ours can be recognised alongside revenue-carrying roles. That decision matters more than you think. Our incredible AM team (too many to name!) I spent the better part of the last year and a half enabling this group, and I'm genuinely going to miss working with them as closely. You made the work fun, and you made me better at it. Keep crushing it! And to the broader Field Engineering team — I can't wait to work more with this team (and the amazing individuals leading it; Koen Verduijn , Martin Dizon , Tiffany Hu , David Suarez, & Erica Peare ) . The work ahead is the most exciting stuff I've seen since joining Aircall! Here's to building more things that didn't exist before. --- #Aircall #PresidentsClub #GTMEnablement #SaaS PS: Also shout out Juan Parra my fellow Aircall dinosaur! 2 Global Offsites down together... here's to many more! 🥂
#iCEM #AgenticAI
