Greetings from @united #1372, LAX-SFO, after a laaaate DC-LA flight last night. We’re en route to report on the Silicon-Valley-industrial complex.
May 2026🚨 AI is entering the cyber battlefield. A recent Google Threat Intelligence report shows that threat actors are now using AI to develop functional zero-day exploits. This changes the conversation. AI is no longer only helping teams write, automate, and analyze faster. It can also help attackers move faster, test vulnerabilities, and scale cyber threats. The key question is no longer: Can AI make us more productive? It is now: Can our security evolve as fast as AI-powered attacks? For leaders, this is a wake-up call: • AI literacy is becoming a security skill • Cybersecurity needs AI-native defense strategies • Digital trust is now a strategic priority The future of cybersecurity will not be human vs machine. It will be AI-powered attackers vs AI-powered defenders. Organizations that understand this early will be the ones best prepared for what comes next. #AI #Cybersecurity #ThreatIntelligence #DigitalTransformation #TechTrends
May 2026For years, SaaS companies sold software by counting seats. AI agents are changing that model fast. We’re moving toward a future where software can analyze, automate, and execute tasks on behalf of users ,pushing the industry toward usage and outcome-based value instead of traditional subscriptions. The real shift isn’t just technological. It’s economic. #AI #AIAgents #SaaS #EnterpriseAI #FutureOfWork
May 2026Most accountability problems are not attitude problems. They are clarity problems. I have seen this pattern unfold more times than I can count. A leader feels frustrated because their team keeps missing the target. The same corrections are made in the same meetings. The same behaviors keep repeating. And the leader begins to wonder if these are simply the wrong people. Then I ask a simple question: Have you shown them what good actually looks like? Not described it. Not implied it. Shown them, in clear and repeatable terms. The room usually becomes quiet. Expectations that only exist inside a leader's mind create teams that operate on assumptions. And assumption is where accountability tends to vanish. People aren't trying to fail. They are trying to guess what success looks like based on incomplete signals, and they often get it wrong. Making standards visible is not about adding bureaucracy. It’s about giving your team something real to aim for. When people understand how you work, how you treat each other, and what strong execution genuinely looks like in your specific environment, they stop guessing and begin performing. Visible standards lead to repeatable behavior. Repeatable behavior shapes culture. That’s not just a saying. It’s what I’ve seen happen inside teams when leaders make expectations explicit and consistent. If your team keeps missing the target, before addressing the behavior, focus on clarity. Ask yourself: Is the standard visible? Is it measurable? Does my team see it the same way I do? Start there. The accountability conversation becomes much easier when the standard is no longer a secret. If you want to explore what this might look like in your environment, send me a DM.
