Between resident demand and Colorado’s Electric Ready Code for new builds, EV infrastructure is increasingly becoming a base requirement in multifamily. If you operate in Colorado (or know someone who does), share this along- the state just reopened the Charge Ahead rebate program, which covers up to 80% of EV charging installation costs ❗ Great opportunity to offset compliance costs for new developments or to pilot EV charging without taking on substantial upfront costs.
May 2026Lately I’ve been focused on improving my process — finding more efficient trade setups while learning how to build my first AI agent at the same time. Moments like this remind me that patience, curiosity, and consistency really do compound over time. Staying focused on things that genuinely keep you engaged matters. 📊🤖 #AI #Trading #Investing #Stocks #Automation #MachineLearning #Entrepreneurship #Finance #Tech #GrowthMindset #StockMarket #Learning #Innovation
May 2026Before working at Flipturn , I had never driven an EV or charged one. The last time I drove every day was probably in high school, and back then EVs were basically nonexistent in Colombia. At Berkeley nobody really had cars. So when I got the chance to actually drive an EV and test the charging experience, I was way more excited than I should’ve been. Pull up, plug in, test the payment flow, start a session. Very simple experience, but something about doing it myself made it all click in a completely different way. And in multifamily, residents expect this stuff to just work. In Class A, they expect it to feel seamless like every other premium amenity. And in Class B, if EV charging is going to be a real differentiator, it also has to work really well. Which is why operators need open ecosystems where all the moving parts: hardware, software, payments, connectivity, energy mgmt, support, + actually work well together. When it works well, nobody thinks about it. When it doesn’t, everyone notices. Very cool finally being on the other side of what we work on every day. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed pretending to be a charger model for 10 minutes. Thank you to the camera man, Nathan Chen !
May 2026Last weekend, I delivered a speech titled “Proactivity Unlocks Life’s Leverage” at the Lean In Shanghai Women Impact Forum 2026. Through stories from my career journey, I shared how I have overcome fears and perfectionism by starting with small routines and habits every day, allowing the power of compounding to take effect. I emphasized that the most effective way to address problems or difficulties is to seek internal or external help and support. In our AI-driven and ever-changing environment, many previous rules may no longer apply. While uncertainty means no one can guarantee a specific outcome, we can proactively take steps to create the world we envision. Even if experiences do not yield immediate results, our efforts, value, and competencies remain intact, along with the trust we build. Each experience contributes to our life journey. There isn't a perfect job, team, or company, but we can co-create together. I aimed to encourage young women professionals to: - Start Small, Don’t Wait to be Ready - Proactively Seek Help - Proactively Clarify Rules - Proactively Create Value Life never wastes your steps. It is not the destination that matters, but who you become when you take one step forward. I extend my gratitude to all the Lean In volunteers who organize these impactful events, providing us with opportunities to connect with diverse women and be inspired by their life journeys.
Apr 2026Since joining us in the Dubai office, Rami Hafez has transformed our compliance culture and significantly sharpened our approach to the region’s nuances, strengthening the way we serve our clients across the region. Apr 2026A major European EHR provider was hit by ransomware. Their systems went down. Hospitals were left scrambling. They didn’t fail because of their own security. Their vendor failed. That’s third-party concentration risk. Most vendor programs rely on questionnaires. But questionnaires don’t tell you: Can they recover fast? Are backups tested? Will operations resume in hours — or days? Because in today’s reality, your biggest risk might not be your security. It’s your vendor’s. #CyberSecurity #ThirdPartyRisk #Leadership #CISO #BusinessContinuity
Apr 2026We are witnessing the quiet formation of a new technological super-structure, a convergence where blockchain, data, and AI cease to be separate disciplines and evolve into a single, self-reinforcing intelligence layer for the world. Individually, each technology holds significant power. Together, they have the potential to eternally shift civilization as we know it.
Apr 2026Honored to have attended the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗣 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 (𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗫) 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, proudly sponsored by the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔-𝗨, held at Speke Commonwealth Resort Munyonyo. The event marked the official launch of the National IP Exchange (NIPX), a significant milestone for Uganda’s digital transformation journey. By enabling Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to share infrastructure and exchange local traffic more efficiently, NIPX is set to reduce the cost of internet access and improve service quality for Ugandans. It was inspiring to engage with stakeholders from government, ISPs, and the private sector, all aligned toward strengthening Uganda’s internet ecosystem and driving inclusive digital growth. This initiative is a testament to the power of collaboration in building resilient, cost-effective, and locally optimized internet infrastructure. #NIPX #DigitalTransformation #Cybersecurity #NITAU #InternetAccess #Innovation #ministryofictandnationalguidance
