Today we’re launching the Apartment List Advisory Board. This is an important step in how we operate as a business. We don’t think about our relationships as vendor and customer. We think in terms of partnership. That means shared goals, accountability, and building real value together. What makes this especially meaningful is the caliber of operators involved. These are leaders who are actively shaping the future of multifamily, and they’ve chosen to lean in with us on what comes next. The intent is straightforward: ensure the products and investments we make are grounded in measurable outcomes for our partners and the broader industry. A lot of work went into getting this off the ground. Huge credit to Hailey Rice , Colette Galli , Paige Willard , and Kristen M. for driving it forward. Today is a big day at Apartment List A few weeks ago I stood in front of 35 of the most powerful operators in multifamily and spoke at our first A-Suite Board meeting. I’ve been quietly sharing this roster for months. Every single time, I got the same reaction: “Cute prospecting list, Hailey. Good luck.” Every single time I said, no. This is the confirmed list. It’s met with a “Whoa”🤌 This is that list. The A-Suite Board is invitation-only, by design. 35 senior leaders who were hand-selected because their expertise, influence, and perspective maps directly to where this industry is going. Not a focus group. Not a panel. A closed room of people who shape how multifamily actually moves and they chose to build with us. Greystar. Bozzuto. Equity Residential. Asset Living. Cushman & Wakefield. Knightvest. Coastal Ridge. Hillpointe. And 25 more. I shared something at that kick-off that I meant: Every single person in this room was chosen for a reason. You are not interchangeable. You are strategic. If your name is on this list, you already know what it means. If it’s not, watch what we build. See who’s in the A-Suite💜🖤 https://lnkd.in/efa7aTMp

According to my United app, I'm heading to AIM in just 14 days! (And I'm already mentally packing alllllll the purple. 💜💜💜) Every year this conference falls on my husband's birthday (coincidentally also Cinco de Mayo), and every year I spend it in Huntington Beach with my work family. While I do get some shade at home, I also can't help but look forward to the incredible line-up we have planned: - another show-stopping booth design that will have you staring from Pete's - swag you'll not only line up for, but hope to snag - mainstage time talking about how AEO is changing everything - a little VIP moment waterside on Mon night - the one and only A-List Club @ our tent after-hours on Tues - ... and of course time with my multifamily friends and besties That only leaves out the best part - making magic with my Apartment List team. ✨ The crew is absolutely lit this year, and I seriously can't wait. Am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the upcoming Apartment List AL Dev Academy cohort, and my head is swimming with possibilities for building. My white whale: a self-service UXR and insight repository that's searchable using natural language. Across two internships, I was tasked with setting up insight repositories and tried various methods, tools, and infrastructures, but ultimately was limited by my technical ability. With AI, though, the technical gap is narrower than ever, and the importance of ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic layers to building qualitative data infrastructure is more relevant than ever. (My 📚 ✨inner librarian✨ 📚 is ready!) If anyone's building this or has seen case studies relevant to this use case, direct me their way!

Thank you, ATL! Last night was such a blast. The roadshow continues with our friends at Venn and this time we were lucky to add on the team at Thriver as co-hosts. We shifted up the format a bit. Instead of one sit-down conversation, we recorded 9 short podcasts that we will release over the coming weeks. It was fun to sit down with Sydney Webber and to host discussions with founders, marketing leaders, operators, and to have unique way to activate the space. Lesson learned for me, when you record content for 90 minutes you miss a lot of the party! Next time around, we will be more intentional to make sure that we can record + still be 100% engaged as hosts. Huge thank you to Erika Harvey and Katherine Diep for bringing the concept to life. Next up, Seattle on 4/30. Apartment List showed up and showed out last night! 💜

LinkedInGTM Planning

We just wrapped up our monthly GTM All Hands call. The group of people we celebrated today 100% inspires me. Super proud to highlight and celebrate these performances across the GTM organization at Apartment List . Gretchen Fisk - The MVP Gretchen continues to find ways to make an impact to the business. Most recently she's invested a lot of energy into augmenting our LIFT (premium placement product) strategy and working cross functionally to find new ways to bring this to market to our customers. This is a big part of our overall company strategy and Gretchen continues to create a ton of impact as a huge part of our GTM Strategy team. Well done, Gretchen! Team West, Acquisition - The Legends Led by Denise Rowley - our West Coast acquisition team came out of Q1 as our top performing organization across our 5 selling teams. With a mix of new talent and tenure ... I'm so bullish of what this team is going to accomplish in FY26. Well done, Jesse Rosdahl , Casie Bullock , Lauren Payne , Bruce Walthour , and Wendy Pierce ! And yes... we're hiring! The Culture Carrier - Deana Cimorelli Deana is building our Institutional sales motion. This has been incredibly cross-functional and she's started off blind. No data, no structure, just a ton of confidence and belief that this is the right direction for our team. Inside of her first quarter - she's opened some important doors and helped us reimagine what is possible for GTM at Apartment List. Early signs of huge impact to our performance and culture - thank you, Deana! Acquisition Highest Attainer - Stephen Casey 2x winner this quarter, too! Stephen came out of the gates hot and consistent in Q1 and finished March at 286% to his quota which helped him clear 200% on the quarter. Stephen is making a positive impact in our performance but what I appreciate the most about him is the way that he leads with gratitude every single day. Thank you for everything, Stephen - nice job! Expansion Highest Attainer - Zac Lynch Zac's a 2x club winner and a frequent flyer for our awards. Zac closed the quarter super strong and aside from the 121% to quota he delivered in March - he also delivered more than 13% of our new supply in March, too. Enterprise carries the biggest quotas in our business which makes these number especially hard to achieve. Proud of you, Z! ............ We are reset and ready to race into Q2. Proud of this team. 💜
