Apr 2026Airbnb was dying in 2013. Not because the product didn't work. Because it didn't feel trustworthy. Listings were dark, blurry, amateur. So they hired photographers. Then designers. Then made design a board-level conversation. Revenue doubled within a year. Most B2B founders treat design as a finishing step something you sort after the product works. But a confused onboarding flow tells a buyer you're not ready for them. A clunky UI in a demo tells an investor the product is still maturing. Your product might be technically superior. If it doesn't feel like it, you're losing deals you should be winning. Airbnb didn't add design as an afterthought. They put it at the centre of the commercial decision. Design isn't a cost centre. It's a revenue signal. --- Hey! I'm Rajib. I run Studio Dheet and we've worked with teams from pre-seed to Series B on all things product.
Apr 2026Would you leave a great career, good money, respected industry, an awesome company with a clear path forward? Leaving medical devices wasn’t an easy decision. But for over 10 years, property was the thing I kept coming back to. Reading about it in my spare time, checking properties online like it was Instagram. Talking about it with anyone who’d listen. Learning from every purchase, every mistake, every win. It genuinely changed where I’m headed in life. And I know there are so many people out there making massive financial decisions with no one really in their corner. So I made the jump. I’m not here to sell anyone anything. I just know what it’s like to figure this stuff out and I want to help people do the same. Still early days in this chapter but I’m all in.
Apr 2026I'm honored to have received the 2025 IEEE-USA Jim Watson Student Professional Awareness Achievement Award. Here's a short testimonial!
Apr 2026In medical devices, my word was everything. If I told a surgeon I’d be in that OR at 8am, I was there before 8am. If I said the product would perform, it had to. No excuses. No rescheduling. People were counting on me in ways that really mattered. That never left me. As I progress through my buyer’s agent role, I bring that same standard with me. If I say I’ll call you back, I call you back. If I say I’ll have answers by tomorrow, I’ll have them tomorrow. If I say I will do everything I can to make something happen then I will make sure it happens. It sounds simple. But in most industries, it’s rare. My clients don’t just get an agent. They get someone who shows up. Every time. That’s not a sales pitch. That’s just how I am built.
Apr 2026AGIBOT's GO2 is a significant step forward in deployable robot intelligence — and I broke down exactly why in my latest video. What makes GO2 different from previous VLA models: → Action Chain-of-Thought: instead of mapping instructions directly to motor commands, it decomposes tasks into executable subtasks first → Async Dual System: System 2 handles high-level semantic planning at low frequency, while System 1 handles real-time motor control and noise compensation at high frequency → Millimeter-level precision: the phone charging demo runs at 1x speed — no tricks The benchmark results show GO2 outperforming both NVIDIA GR00T and π0.5 across all four tested tasks, with a particularly large gap on VLA bench. What I find most interesting is the dual-frequency architecture. It mirrors how humans actually operate — deliberate planning layered on top of reflexive motor control. That's not a coincidence. Full breakdown with architecture diagrams and live demos in the video link down below.
