The Red Flags You Need to Know The "Urgency" Trap: Scammers use extreme pressure to force quick decisions on "exclusive" offers or job roles. Payment for Opportunity: Legitimate employers or brands will never ask for "onboarding fees," "equipment deposits," or "administrative charges" upfront. Low Engagement/New Profiles: High-ranking titles on profiles with fewer than 100 connections or no activity are major warning signs. How to Protect Your Network Verify via Official Channels: Always check a company’s official website or job board before engaging with an ad. Stay on the Platform: Refuse to move professional discussions to private messaging apps until you have verified the identity of the person. Use Multi-Factor Authentication: Ensure 2FA is active on all your professional accounts to prevent takeover scams. Trust is the most valuable currency we have in 2026. Let’s protect it by staying vigilant. #RSA #CYBERDEFENZ #INFORTV #CyberSecurity #FakeAds #DigitalSafety #ScamAwareness #ProfessionalTrust

Hello from Amsterdam! Another successful upgrade story I had the chance to implement, and one that is definitely worth sharing. Just imagine: a storage array that has been running for 5 years, upgraded across two generations, with around 75% more performance and 4x more capacity — without a painful migration project or any disruption. This is exactly the kind of lifecycle value that makes Everpure stand out. How did we do it? Pretty straightforward, at least on paper :) Day 1 Controller upgrade from X20 R3 to X50 R5. Day 2 Connected the swing shelf — still one of my favorite names in the industry 🥰 — and evacuated data from the array DFM to the shelf DFM. Day 3 Moved the new, larger drives one by one from the shelf back into the array. Final step Disconnected everything, cleaned up the environment, and left the site in even better shape than we found it. What I like most about projects like this is that they show the real value of the platform. It is not only about performance and capacity growth. It is also about protecting the customer’s investment, simplifying upgrades, and avoiding the classic storage refresh headache. From a customer perspective, this means: 💡 extending the life of the platform without starting from zero 💡 gaining a major boost in performance 💡 scaling capacity significantly 💡 avoiding complex data migrations 💡 keeping operations simple and predictable And of course, every successful project should end the right way: with good food and cold drinks. Amsterdam, thank you. On to the next one.

🙏Turn off Google ads and stop investing in the D2C channel! While your D2C marketer is celebrating the strong results and opening the champagne, your B2B manager is pulling his hair out. Why? Because your D2C team just outbid your biggest retal partner for the same key search terms and audiences. I see this «fight» inside almost every global brand I analyze across EMEA. The D2C team pushing online sales on maximum at any cost. The Wlosesale team pushes distributors to move more stock. What’s in the End? You end up fighting yourself in same digital field. CAC skyrockets, retail partners get furious, and only Google get all benefits $$$ Traffic cannibalization is not a marketing problem. It’s an architecture problem. Here is how you stop the internal politics and smart-split your flows: 📦 The Retail & Marketplace Flow (Speed & Volume) Top-of-Funnel traffic here. Agree on how to divide up the marketing strategy; you can work with their team to develop a more effective sales funnel Use your B2B partners for what they do best: massive reach, local trust, and fast logistics. Let them handle the operational heavy lifting for your standard, high-volume SKUs. Make brand visibility a top priority right within the platform, and focus on developing Brand Store. Focus on a high-quality digital shelf, Invest in ORM on the platform. 💎 The D2C Flow (Exclusivity & Retention) Your own website shouldn't compete with Amazon or MediaMarkt (place your niche partner here) on price or delivery speed. It should compete on value. This is the territory for limited editions, custom bundles, early access, and loyalty programs. You use D2C to harvest 1st-party data, not to move cheap boxes. When you stop competing with your partners and start complementing them, your CAC drops, your margins stabilize, and the boardroom politics finally disappear. 🔎 Brand-related searches Of course, this is the cheapest and most effective traffic, especially for major brands. But by properly segmenting audiences based on brand-related search queries, you can optimize budgets by up to 60% without any loss in GMV. As my boss used to say, the devil is in the details E-com leaders: How are you managing the channel conflict between your D2C ambitions and your B2B partners today? Are you splitting the assortment, or splitting the keywords?
