Day 1 at Delivery and Logistics Leaders' Summit in Berlin was fully charged! Great energy, genuine conversations, and a panel discussion I thoroughly enjoyed being part of. We discussed how omnichannel fulfilment has evolved far beyond “online vs store”. Today, fulfilment is part of the customer experience, it influences conversion, it shapes loyalty, and when done well, it becomes a real strategic differentiator, not just an operational function. Speed matters, of course but flexibility, reliability, cost-to-serve and customer choice matter just as much. The brands that will win are the ones designing networks around how customers actually shop, all around the customer mission! A big thank you to Richard Lim , Anna Adams , Nikolai A. Tepper , and the team at Delivery & Logistics Leaders Summit for such an insightful discussion, including the coffee machine syndrome....:-) Now ready for Day 2 and looking forward to more conversations with retailers, brands and partners on what the future of fulfilment really needs to look like. See you around! #DLLS #Omnichannel #Fulfilment #Retail #Ecommerce #CustomerExperience #Asendia

An Onboarding Executive doesn’t manage tasks. Designs experiences. Over the past few years, I’ve been closely involved in onboarding at Asendia , and I’m happy to now step more formally into this role. Because onboarding is not just about going live… it’s about how the relationship with your customer begins. The difference is not in the tools, but in how you connect people, processes, and expectations: • Align teams from the very beginning • Give visibility at every step • Anticipate blockers before they happen • Communicate clearly (internally and externally) • Turn complexity into structured processes • Build trust from day one When you operate like this, onboarding stops being a phase… and becomes an experience that defines the entire customer journey. That’s where real impact starts. #Onboarding #CustomerExperience #Logistics #eCommerce #Asendia

Beyond Borders: Bridging Customer Experience Ambition and Execution, the new @Asendia eBook, reveals a striking paradox: 75% of e-tailers are confident about international growth, but almost a third of all deliveries fail to meet customer expectations. Click here to download: https://lnkd.in/eFvkbHy6 What’s the cause of this ambition/execution gap? The answer is that e-tailers are fundamentally underestimating the operational complexity of cross-border commerce. Border delays affect 32% of businesses. Inconsistent carrier performance plagues 30%. Tariff compliance issues hit 29%. These aren’t minor friction points. Systematic execution failures are eroding customer trust. But our research shows that retailers are responding. 82% of them are increasing their customer experience budgets by an average of 22% in 2026, with a clear shift in focus from reactive fixes to preventative technology including AI, automation and smarter logistics infrastructure. The gap between confidence and execution is widening. But it’s also creating a competitive divide between those who invest strategically and those who don’t. Download the new Beyond Borders eBook at the link above to see the full breakdown of where delivery fails, where budgets are going and which regional strategies actually work #BeyondBorders #Ecommerce #RetailStrategy #CustomerExperience

What separates good cross-border strategies from great ones? 👉 Partnerships (MIC DROP 🎤) In Asendia ’s “Partnerships That Deliver” podcast episode, one theme stands out: the most successful brands aren’t trying to solve international logistics alone - they’re building ecosystems. Thank you, Amanda Meadows, for getting on the podcast! From first-mile pickup to customs clearance to final-mile delivery, the right partners can: ✅ Reduce landed costs ✅ Improve delivery speed and consistency ✅ Enhance visibility across the entire journey ✅ Create a better end-customer experience Too often, brands treat cross-border as a bolt-on. The reality? It’s a core growth lever - and partnerships are what make it scalable. At Asendia , we work alongside leading DTC brands and 3PLs to simplify global expansion through integrated logistics solutions and strategic partnerships that actually move the needle. 🎧 If you’re rethinking your international strategy, this episode is worth a listen (listen & watch links in the comments below!) 🚨 If you're exploring ways to improve cross-border performance in 2026, let’s connect. 📩 : nicholas.agnetti@asendia.com . 📞 : (734) 855-9996. #podcast #eCommerce #logistics #partnerships #asendia #customerexperience #crossborder

Really proud to see how our teams across Asendia UK have been marking International Women’s Day this week. A big thank you to our Culture Champions, who helped bring the #GiveToGain theme to life by recognising and celebrating the fantastic women we work alongside every day. Women make up almost half of our UK workforce, and I’m proud that 60% of our UK SLT are women. Those perspectives bring different experiences, ideas and energy to our teams. Over the next couple of weeks, the female members of our UK SLT will also be sharing a series of International Women’s Day spotlight interviews, highlighting the experiences and perspectives of women across Asendia. It’s been especially great to see colleagues in our operations teams getting involved, sharing appreciation moments and striking the Give To Gain pose across our sites. A small moment of recognition goes a long way. Proud to work in a business that takes the time to celebrate its people... It's what makes Asendia UK an offical 'Great Place to Work'! #IWD2026 #GiveToGain #InternationalWomensDay #OneTeam
