After almost nine years of building my career at Auctane, I've decided it's time for a new chapter. The work and people shaped me, and I'm leaving genuinely proud of everything we accomplished together. My "aha" moment? A month in the Philippines standing up a support center — surrounded by great people, solving large-scale problems in real time just reminded me how much I thrive in an IRL environment. That energy has been missing for me since 2020, and it's time to go after what I've been craving. I'm now 100% focused on finding my new corporate home in Boston! Ready for the next challenge, the next team, and the next big puzzle to solve — that intersection of people and technology is where I want to be 🦾 None of this would have been possible without the full support of my husband, Jay Wisdom — just another example of how he's always pushing me to chase what I really want and deserve. If something comes to mind, let's catch up!

Apr 2026Wrapping up Career Week in the most meaningful way possible. A few months ago, I came across a LinkedIn post from another company that tagged Wish for Wheels (thank you, LinkedIn algorithm). I immediately fell in love with their mission. From there, Tyler Vacca jumped in without hesitation to make the connection and start coordinating an initiative, and Mallory Schroder had the vision to make this the perfect way to close out Career Week. And what a way to end—with heart, purpose, and impact. On Thursday, our teams came together to build 30 bikes. Then on Friday afternoon, a small group of us headed to Campbell Elementary to surprise 30 second graders. After a quick training from Jerry at Wish for Wheels (shoutout for teaching us how to adjust seats, helmets, and tires!), the moment arrived. At 2 PM, the students walked out thinking they were attending a session about bikes…only to find out they would be taking one home that day. As their parents joined, each child was paired with an Auctane employee. We walked them to their bikes, placed their name tags on them, adjusted helmets and seats, and got them ready to ride. Some kids were already pros. Others had never ridden a bike before. One of the three children I worked with had never ridden a bike—and watching that transformation in real time was something I’ll never forget. Fear turned into uncertainty, and then into confidence…all within such a short window. That moment alone made the entire experience unforgettable. In all my years leading volunteer initiatives, this one stands out as my favorite. Being able to meet the children we were supporting, spend time with them, teach them, hear their stories, and see their joy firsthand—it’s a level of connection that’s hard to put into words. I’m so proud of our team. From building the bikes (yes, a large majority were engineers 🙌) to showing up the next day to deliver them, this was truly a collective effort rooted in care and community. If your organization is looking for a meaningful, hands-on way to give back, I can’t recommend Wish for Wheels enough. My heart is so full. This is what it’s all about. Thank you Auctane
