This is about more than distribution. It’s about relevance, speed, and connecting global brands with local consumers at scale. Thanks Valeria Roemer , and the MeLi team Aaron Braiman , Jose Gurmendez, Amelie Mossberg , Bárbara Sanfiz https://lnkd.in/gACvFqMR
May 2026Another great week in Newport Beach at ABG’s Action & Outdoor Brands Market Week meeting with licensees, partners, and regional teams. I had the opportunity to represent my team and share our broader global marketplace strategy, while also spending time discussing priorities and updates for the year ahead. It was great having our partners at Pattern there throughout the week as well ( Janet Allison , Jason Volk , + Caitlin Clements ). Thank you to ABG’s L5 team — David Brooks , Hay-Won B. , Luke M. , and Brett — for having me, along with everyone who helped organize the event. Exciting things ahead!!
May 2026As a longtime admirer and collector of Audemars Piguet timepieces, I have to say, the AP x Swatch collaboration is brilliant. It’s bold, unexpected, and exactly the kind of partnership that brings new energy and accessibility into the watch world while still honoring the design language and legacy that make AP so iconic. I genuinely think collaborations like this are healthy for the industry and exciting for collectors at every level. That said, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed by the Saturday launch. As someone who observes the Sabbath, it creates a real conflict, one where participating in something I was genuinely excited about simply isn’t possible. I know global launches are incredibly complex, and this certainly wasn’t intentional, but I do hope brands continue thinking about how major releases can be more inclusive of collectors from different backgrounds and faiths. If anyone on the Swatch side happens to see this, I’d sincerely appreciate any guidance or advice on how someone in my position might still have an opportunity to participate while honoring the Sabbath. Still excited to see the impact this collaboration has on the watch community, and congratulations to everyone who manages to get one. https://lnkd.in/eDprFFjM #Swatch #AudemarsPiguet #Horology #PocketWatch Swatch Group , Swatch , Audemars Piguet

May 2026Excited to take a listen to this podcast…but my first reaction is to disagree with the point below that product > storytelling. Even at wholesale, I think design and product inherently have to tell a story to pique the interest of the consumer. Without a story - without meaning something to the consumer - product has no chance at succeeding at retail
Apr 2026New Feature: anyone used the product page CTA update from Amazon - “Add to tomorrow’s delivery”? Haven’t shopped as much recently on #Amazon but just used this twice within the same session. Literally one-click. Faster than their “Buy Now” option because there’s no confirmation CTA. One click and it’s done. You might not get the benefits of best shipping rates from a larger cart size - yet to review the costs - but I’m a Prime member anyways, so typically free. Great for people who like to buy, and continue shopping (vs cart building). Solid update!
