Shocked, my COO watched me sipping tea. A moment ago,he had just handed me something urgent that usually takes 2–3 hours. Context. Files. Formatting. Stakeholder alignment. Back-and-forth. The usual corporate relay race. But the day before, I had already set up a Claude Project with an AI-first, AI-native mindset. Instructions/Files loaded. Output format defined.Patterns mapped. Because the CEO had asked for something similar a day before. So when the request came again, I picked up my tea and let the AI system work. A few minutes later, I sent the output. His relaxed face said everything. That was the best live demo I could have given at our Sales Kickoff. Because I wasn’t showing a tool. I was showing evidence. AI does not just make you faster. It changes where the bottleneck sits. Most teams still use humans as the middle layer: Reviewing. Formatting. Relaying. Waiting. Following up. Every delegation & handoff leaks time. When you remove yourself from that loop, you are not just saving minutes. You are playing the 10x game. At SKO, as I rallied 10x from dais(guess the movie),my argument was simple: "Your next hire is not human." It is AI. Not as a threat. But as leverage. 10x output will not come from 10x effort. It will come from 10x capability. I walked the team through the mindset shift: AI User → ad hoc usage Power User → systems, prompt libraries, repeatable habits Builder → agentic workflows that run without constant human effort And I gave a glimpse of what living at the Builder level already looks like: → RAG-based AI search agent for accelerated inbound and UX → Personalization app built on a Saturday, replacing a $3,000 SaaS → ROI calculators, videos, and docs now took 20 minutes Vs 1–3 days in 2023 → Prompt workflows compressing hours of research and action into minutes → AI content engine driving 17X LLM clicks growth YoY, 2X revenue and 5X leads I’ve been building this way since ChatGPT launched in November 2022. GPTs. Gems. Projects. Workflow automation. Prompt systems. APIs. Apps. Code. Before “vibe coding” had a name. The technology moved fast. Our operating muscle had to move faster. Some teams are already there, thanks to vision by example and AI sprints from Uday and Prasad. A few still need to catch up. Onwards to 10x. So the real question for GTM, Revenue Ops, Sales, and Product Marketing leaders is not: “Will AI change how our team works?” It already has. The question is: Is someone building the operating architecture? Or Is everyone still just typing into the chat window? I'm betting on first. Are you building AI workflows, or just collecting prompts? SKO was not just retrospection & serious discussions. Singing. Dancing. Dinner-table bonding. Real conversations. Now I know the "vibe" behind colleague’s name. Discovered stories, and passionate fans. May 2026Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into technical writing style guides — and it’s incredible how small formatting choices can completely improve clarity and readability. From units of measurement to writing rates correctly, these “tiny details” are actually what make documentation feel professional, consistent, and easy to understand. #learningbydoing

May 2026Building Secure Cloud Infrastructure: My Hands-on AWS VPC Project! 🚀 I recently dived deep into AWS networking by building a scalable and secure VPC architecture from scratch. Understanding how to isolate resources while ensuring necessary connectivity is a core skill for any DevOps & Cloud Engineer. Here’s what I implemented in this project: ✅ VPC Design: Created separate Test and Production VPCs with unique CIDR ranges to ensure proper network segmentation. ✅ Public & Private Subnets: Configured infrastructure to separate resources based on their accessibility requirements. ✅ Network Connectivity: Set up Internet Gateways for public traffic and NAT Gateways to securely route traffic from private subnets. ✅ VPC Peering: Successfully established peering connections between VPCs to allow private communication between resources. ✅ Advanced Security: Tightened infrastructure by configuring Route Tables and updating Security Group inbound rules (ICMP/SSH) to enable precise, controlled traffic flow. Networking is the backbone of the cloud, and this hands-on project gave me a much clearer perspective on how to design resilient architectures that are ready for real-world production environments. #AWS #CloudComputing #DevOps #Networking #VPC #CloudEngineering #HandsOnLearning #TechSkills #LearningJourney
