May 2026If there's one thing I know, it's when Rob Bridgman , sets out to do something - he does it. I'm sharing something him and his team have been quietly building for the last twelve months, of which I was a part of the pilot programme and something I think is genuinely special. 🚀 EmergentOS opens for early access today 🚀 The idea started from a frustration I watched him sit with for years, something that I equally share as a business leader: The best leaders we knew were drowning. Not because they weren't capable — they were extraordinary (!!) — but because the tools around them created noise instead of clarity, compounded further by the introduction of countless disjointed AI tools. Every morning started with triage instead of intention. EmergentOS sits underneath everything you already use — email, calendar, spreadsheets, notion, your BI tool — and makes sense of it for you. It tracks your business objectives and revenue goals, flags what's slipping, and starts your day with a briefing on what actually needs your attention to keep you on track. The more you use it, the sharper it gets. Think of it as a command ship, a cockpit for your business, a chief of staff and a business coach wrapped into one. Plus, unlike the big LLM's like ChatGPT and Claude, your data is yours and yours alone with an end to end encryption before the data even reached EmergentOS. They ran a pilot with a small group of exceptional founders and executives over the past months and the uplifts in productivity and operations were exceptional. I use this every morning as a sense check for me day, a powerful tool with incredible personalised capabilities. Now they're opening it up to 50 more founders and executives — application only, with personal onboarding for everyone who joins. If you're the kind of person who's thought "I'd build this myself if I had the time", this is probably for you. I'll leave the link to sign up in the first comment of this post 👇
Apr 2026As a brand scales, 'growth' and 'values' have a habit of naturally creating tension and in some cases, pull apart. The real question is whether you notice it and what do you do about it? At a recent Soho House & Co conversation with Natalie Hasseck , Creative Director at Rise & Fall , and Hattie Brett , Editor-in-Chief of Grazia UK , we had a candid discussion about the future of luxury. Not where it’s going in terms of trends, but what it should stand for, as well as recurring theme: longevity. 'Longevity' as a design principle. Bringing things back to what the materials they're made from, how they’re made, and how they wear over time. Because that’s what ultimately determines whether something earns its place in your home or wardrobe and whether you come back to it, again and again. At Rise & Fall, we feel this tension often. Between where traditional luxury has drifted — towards excess, opacity, and inflated markups — and where we believe modern luxury should be: grounded in substance, clarity, and fairness. We come back to a simple idea: "Clothes becoming clothes again." Useful. Tactile. Thoughtfully designed. Made from exceptional materials. Priced in a way that respects the customer. A useful question to ask yourself as you're brand building is "will my customer still care about us in 10 years time" and "does this decision add value to my customer's life." Brands that will matter years down the line, aren't necessarily the ones that scaled the fastest, but the ones that stayed true to their customer and built things people genuinely want to live with. That’s the balance we should be working to hold within our respective industries. #RiseAndFall #ModernLuxury #MateriallyBetter
Apr 2026#Because ….... 6 relocations this year wasn't enough — We’ve delivered another 😊 This one has been a long time in the making, and it’s fantastic to see it come together. The team now has an amazing store environment where they can really thrive, and our customers benefit from a much better position within Lewisham shopping centre. Thank you and well done to the store team for all the hard work in getting the store ready. Seeing your reaction and how happy you are in the new store is truly magical. 😊 Also, a huge thank‑you to James Witty for supporting me deliver this scheme, and to county contractors for the outstanding finish and attention to detail.
