Apr 2026As you can tell we love having ElevenLabs in the building. Two weeks ago at BrainStation Marketing Evenings LDN, a lot of people walked in expecting a talk about ElevenLabs. What they got was a masterclass in how to actually automate their marketing workflow. Alec Wilcock has been making content since he was a kid. He made a video every single day for nine months at his last company before burning out. That experience is what drove him to build systems instead of grinding volume. He spent the evening sharing exactly how he works now. No product pitch. Just things you can go and do tonight. The average AI prompt is 50 words. You wouldn't onboard a new hire with a 50-word brief. Stop prompting and start writing SOPs. The more granular, the better the output. Store your SOPs, strategy, tone of voice and historical data in Claude Projects. One upload and it has full context every time you open it. Connect your tools through MCP. After a content sync, Alec types one line and Claude pulls the meeting transcript, runs research and generates a full idea database. He doesn't take a single note. His best performing video dubbed into seven languages added 130k views on content that already existed. He went from a team of six creators to just himself and one editor. Same output. Better systems. The room came in thinking about AI as a content tool. They left thinking about it as infrastructure. Thanks Alec, one of the most practical talks we've hosted. #ElevenLabs #BrainStation #Marketing #ArtificialIntelligence
