May 2026This summer, I’ll be joining the Teachers' Retirement System of the City of New York as an IT Operations Intern in Manhattan’s Financial District. 🚀 I’ll be working with the 🖥️ IT Infrastructure & Service Operations team on projects involving: • enterprise workstation deployment and OS migration support • patch management verification and operational security processes • endpoint and systems administration tasks • troubleshooting enterprise Windows environments and operational issues • automation/scripting opportunities across infrastructure operations • and many more IT infrastructure and operations initiatives across the organization. As someone interested in systems, infrastructure, security, and building technology that operates at scale, I’m looking forward to gaining hands-on experience in a large enterprise environment and learning from the team this summer.
