Documentation built for robots? It sounds futuristic, but it’s actually about saving human time. In my experience, the best security integrations are the ones that actually get finished and shipped. Too often, great ideas die in the "reading the manual" phase. By making Brivo documentation AI-Native, we’re helping our partners build faster and with way more confidence. If you use AI assistants to help you code, this is a total game-changer for how you integrate video and access control. It’s not just a tech update; it’s about making the physical world as programmable as the digital one. Have you tried using AI to scaffold your integrations yet? I'd love to hear how it's changing your workflow below! 👇 Read rhe blog here: https://lnkd.in/gf4fxfST #Brivo #APIDevelopment #AI #TechTrends #LLM
May 2026If you aren’t feeling a little bit like a student every day, you’re probably falling behind. You learn something every day if you pay attention. I was reading an interview by our Brivo COO John Szczygiel recently who quoted a great line: "For everything I learn, there are two I don’t understand." It just hit home, I love that. I was chatting with a friend last week who reminded me that the moment we think we’ve "mastered" this industry is the moment we stop providing real value. Mahatma Gandhi once said “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” The security landscape changes almost weekly. Staying curious and questioning the "way we've always done it" is how we help clients build systems that don't just work today, but are ready for whatever comes next. It’s about being forward-thinking enough to admit we don't have all the answers until we ask the right questions. What’s one thing you’ve learned recently that totally changed your mind about a project? May 2026Multifamily communities across Saudi Arabia are modernizing rapidly. Residents expect secure, digital, and seamless access experiences, while property managers require operational efficiency and visibility. Cloud-based access control from Brivo allows property teams to manage resident access remotely, issue mobile credentials, and revoke permissions instantly. Integrated access and video capabilities provide real-time verification of events, strengthening both convenience and security. For multifamily operators seeking to elevate both resident satisfaction and operational control, cloud-managed solutions provide a scalable foundation. Contact Brivo today to schedule a consultation and explore how your community can transition to modern access control. https://lp.brivo.com/quote #multifamilysecurity #proptech #unified
May 2026Finally, someone treated documentation like the data problem it actually is. I was chatting with my colleague recently while they were building out this new workflow, and the speed is legit. I’ve seen a lot of "AI-ready" claims lately, but actually providing a machine-readable map ( llms.txt ) specifically for LLMs is a game changer for those of us tired of copy-pasting endpoints. If you’re working with Brivo APIs, check out this "5-Minute Camera Lister" script they put together. It solves the two most annoying parts of any build: the documentation deep-dive and the initial auth handshake. You can go from a blank terminal to a full camera list in minutes. May 2026I’m incredibly proud to share that the Brivo Genius Mobile Agent has been named the 2026 Most Valuable Product (MVP) in the emergency communications category by Security Sales & Integration! In an emergency, every second counts. Brivo Genius changes the game by using AI-driven natural language navigation—allowing admins to trigger a "Full Lockdown" or other critical commands with a simple voice or text prompt. We aren't just making security mobile; we’re making it faster and more intuitive when it matters most. Coming to The Security Event (TSE) in Birmingham next week? Stop by Hall 5, Booth J50 to see our award-winning tech in person. 🇬🇧 Read more about the win here: https://lnkd.in/grUpBpza #Brivo #SecurityInnovation #AI #PhysicalSecurity #SSIMVP #TSE2026
Apr 2026Traditionally, if you want hyper-specific video detection,. you need a developer, a massive budget, and weeks of calibration. Eeva changes that. With Eeva’s Multi-layer AI Brain and Vision Language Models (VLM), you don't need code—you just need a prompt. Safety: "Alert me if hard hats aren't being worn." Compliance: "Notify me if the fire exit is blocked for >5 mins." Ops: "Alert the team if trash is left outside the bin." Eeva is your AI Video Agent that keeps an eye on anything. Apr 2026The math of systems integration has always been brutal. Metcalfe's Law tells us that the number of possible connections in a network grows like N², and so does the cost of building them. No matter how many integrations we added at Brivo, there was always another 3rd party product some customer absolutely had to have. That's not a resourcing problem. That's a math problem. AI agents are about to solve it. If you can log into Product A and Product B, you can now automate the exchange of data between them. No native integration required, no vendor's blessing, no army of software engineers. The cost of integration is heading toward zero. And the power is shifting back to integrators and end users. Outtake #9 in the comments.
Apr 2026Most multifamily leaders I talk to are tired of "software fatigue"—having ten different tabs open just to run one property. That’s why I love what The Caroline did. They integrated Brivo with Entrata to create a true "single pane of glass." When a lease ends in Entrata, the digital key is revoked in Brivo automatically. No manual data entry, no re-keying locks, and zero security gaps. As their Community Manager Lauren Graff said, it’s some of the best tech she’s seen in 17 years. If you're looking to give your team their time back, this is the blueprint. Read the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/e2t7JsvV #PropTech #Multifamily #UnifiedSecurity #CentralizedSecurity
