Apr 2026Traditional NMR liquid sample preparation is often manual, time‑consuming, and prone to variability. How can liquid sample preparation be automated to improve accuracy and reproducibility for offline and online high‑field NMR analysis, while reducing manual steps and operator variability? Apr 2026Why do we post gym selfies, but never "meeting selfies"? Think about it. We’ve all seen (or posted) a photo from the treadmill or the weights rack. But have you ever seen someone post a selfie in the middle of a grueling 4-hour budget review with the caption : "No pain, no gain"? Probably not. And yet, the psychological mechanism that gets us to the gym is exactly what’s missing from our offices. The Science of #fitspiration A 2025 study by Xiao et al. (link in first comment) recently explored how fitness social media impacts our behavior. The researchers found that social media use is a significant predictor of exercise behavior. But it’s not just about vanity. It works through a powerful psychological chain: watching others and interacting with a community boosts our internal drive—our "interest and enjoyment"—rather than just chasing external rewards. And by interacting with a digital community, users gain a sense of social identity. This "enabling environment" reduces the mental friction of starting a difficult task. In the fitness world, we’ve mastered the art of "collaborative motivation". We share our records, our failures, and our progress. In the corporate world? We often suffer in silos, and in silence. While entrepreneurs have access to business clubs and franchises like Celine REDHON ActionCOACH to find collective strength and mentorship, employees are often left out of this "Mastermind" loop. Why don't we have an ActionCOACH Global for Collaborators? Imagine a workplace where: 1. Peer-Learning Communities act like "Expert Guilds." 2. Shared Vulnerability is the norm—knowing we are all facing the same hurdles makes them easier to jump. 3. Collaborator Networks provide the same "emotional resonance" and peer modeling that keep us going jogging, or to the gym. If we want a motivated workforce, we need to move beyond "instruction" and give employees a tribe where they can share their "professional sweat" and receive the same validation we give to a 5km run. This need for belonging to a team is a powerful intrinsic motivation lever for many of us, and it is good to measure it, like we do with PERFZONE by P-CUB3 . How are you building "community" in your team today? Are your employees "working out" alone, or do they have a squad? For me, and it is definitely too rare, I love to meet with my ex-fella employees for a dine-out! Cheers! Elodie Ly-Morin Nicolas L.
