We often think of legacy as a list of accomplishments. Titles held, milestones reached, problems solved. But I have a new perspective. Legacy isn’t what we finish. It’s what we set in motion through others. Today, I find myself reflecting on that truth as I honor and remember Ingrid Jaschok . Ingrid’s legacy doesn’t fit neatly on a résumé. It lives in people. In the standards she set, the honesty she modeled, and the care she brought to every interaction. She invested deeply in others (including me). She didn’t do it for recognition, but because helping people grow mattered to her. When she said, “We’ll take it offline”, she did just that. And her impact has multiplied. The people Ingrid mentored now mentor others. Her influence continues, powerfully, through how our teams lead, show up, and support one another. Ingrid believed moments mattered. Every. Single. Moment. She was often my first AND last text of the day. She believed people mattered. And she showed us that leadership isn’t about perfection. It is about consistency, empathy, integrity, and choosing to lift others. When someone like Ingrid leaves us, the most important question isn’t “What did she accomplish?” (The answer: a lot). It is, “Who is better because she was here and what will they carry forward because of her?” (The answer: All of us). Ingrid’s legacy is on us to carry forward by how we lead, how we care, and how we choose to show up every day. ❤️❤️❤️ to Griselda Jaschok . Adam Wood , Andrew Pohlmann , Carolyn M.
