A few weeks after closing a 17-year chapter, I’ve had the chance to step back and reflect. One thing is clear: the HCM space continues to evolve at a rapid pace. We’ve moved from systems of record to platforms focused on experience and insights, and now AI is accelerating that shift even further. It’s an exciting time, but also a complex one. What I’ve seen over the years is that the real impact doesn’t only come from the technology itself, but from how well it’s brought to life across the organization. As I look ahead, I’m energized to stay close to this evolution and continue building, learning, and contributing. Curious to hear what others are seeing in their world.

Apr 2026For many people their career is a big part of how they define themselves, so what happens when that 'identity' through work is no longer there? DAS and Peter are joined by Sadie Wackett to explore this topic as part of the ongoing elderescence journey. Retirement is not just a financial transition but it is also an identity transition - often the hardest part of this whole 'retirement' business is actually the fear of losing who you thought that you were. In their usual style DAS and Peter, and Sadie, consider what this means and how anyone might better manage this change. https://lnkd.in/ez6ebnHr
Apr 2026Some new coverage from SHRM on Dayforce 's latest State of Retirement Savings report that was released earlier this month. “While employers can’t control the broader economic environment, they can control how they invest in their people through thoughtful policies and meaningful support,” Rahlan said. “That starts with helping employees make real progress toward the secure retirement they’ve worked hard for and deserve.” https://lnkd.in/geS8Xfvt
Apr 2026Quick question: Are your customers measuring you by effort or by results? Be honest! Because while many teams are still focused on hours and utilisation, the expectations have already moved on. We’re now in the Outcome Era where success is defined by the value you deliver, not the work you complete. Join Peter Taylor and Shivani Naveen as they break down what this shift really means for services teams and how to stay ahead of it. If you're in delivery, services, or customer success, you’ll want to be part of this. Apr 2026Most services teams are still measuring what’s easy not what matters. Hours logged. Utilisation rates. Milestones hit. But customers don’t buy activity they buy outcomes that’s why the shift to the 'Outcome Era' is happening faster than many teams realise. Join Peter Taylor and Shivani Naveen as they explore how high-performing teams are moving beyond delivery metrics and focusing on real customer impact. If you work in services, delivery, or customer success, this is a conversation worth your time. Save your spot: https://shorturl.at/ndxZ8 Hosted by Rocketlane
Apr 2026Leadership isn’t defined by how well you manage others, but by how well you manage yourself first. Your tone. Your responses. Your consistency. People don’t just listen to your words they experience your presence. If your team feels uncertain, stretched thin, or disengaged, it’s worth pausing to reflect on your own impact. Not from a place of blame, but from a place of responsibility. Great leaders don’t look outward for answers. They start inward. Because self-awareness isn’t optional it’s what strong teams are built on.
Apr 2026'Are you delivering outcomes your customers actually care about?' Join Peter Taylor and Shivani Naveen as they unpack how leading teams are shifting from activity based delivery to true customer impact in what we are calling the 'Outcome Era'. Apr 2026Chuck Schumer is 'SCARED to DEATH' of his 'Marxist' base Rep. Beth Van Duyne, R-Texas, slammed the DHS shutdown as the 'dumbest' and 'most dangerous' in history, claiming Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer paralyzed U.S. airports and forced ICE agents out of the field to appease a 'radical' base.
