Apr 2026This weekend reminded me what experiential marketing actually looks like and why offline is about to dominate 2026. On Sunday I attended an arts and craft workshop hosted by Design Hive LA at the California African American Museum . I loved making art in a space with other creatives! It was fun, engaging, hands on - just my vibe 🤩 & tbh my marketing mind was buzzing by the end of it. My marketing takeaways from this low-risk, low-commitment experience: ✨ The event was FREE + packed 💡 Low-barrier entry = high turnout = future customers / sales conversions ✨ They ran out of space and had to add tables + chairs 💡 People are craving authentic in-person connections more than ever ✨ It wasn’t about selling anything - it was about creating in community 💡 People value memorable experiences > transactions (and the best events drive both) For brands (especially retail + local businesses), this is the new playground: 🛑 Stop thinking in campaign rhetoric. ✅ Start thinking in experiences people want to show up for. Genuinely curious - what’s the best in-person experience a brand has created for you recently? #MarketingStrategy #ExperientialMarketing #CustomerExperience
