Honored to be recognized as Sales Champion of the Month for March at ClickUp ! 🏆 This one means a lot. It's the result of staying obsessed with understanding what customers actually need! Every conversation is a chance to solve a real business problem. Big thanks to Bill Sanford , Lauren Henderson , and Matt Bauman for your leadership! If your team is juggling disconnected tools and scattered workflows, let’s talk. I’m passionate about helping businesses bring their work and AI into one platform! Congrats to Abbey Solnet and Ori Alves as well!
My competitor didn't beat me on product. They didn't beat me on price. They beat me by 8 days. I was at SEMA a couple years back and had one of those conversations you dream about. The prospect was asking the right questions, had serious urgency to buy, and we genuinely connected. I scanned his badge, felt great about it, and moved on to the next conversation. But then the process kicked in. I flew home and waited for the CSV list of our scans to come back from the event. Then the list had to get cleaned up and loaded into Salesforce by our marketing team. By the time I was assigned my contacts from the event, eight (Eight!!!) days had passed. When I finally had a number to call, there was an awkward pause after I said my name and company. He didn't even remember who I was. 😐 After some back and forth jogging his memory, he told me he'd already signed with a competitor. Then came the part that still sticks with me: "I figured you'd forgotten about me. You never called." He didn't buy elsewhere because their product was better. He bought because someone else showed up first. That moment changed how I think about sales. Speed isn't just a nice to have, it's the difference between a closed deal and a "I figured you'd forgotten about me." I think about that conversation a lot now, especially on my calls at Popl where we help GTM teams eliminate exactly that gap, and I hear similar stories every single day. If you're tired of losing deals by eight days, let's talk. Drop a comment, send me a DM, or connect with me here - I'd love to swap stories. #Sales #SpeedToLead #Networking #SalesLessons #Popl
Glean 's been named to the Forbes AI 50 list for the fourth year in a row. 🎉 The real key to enterprise AI transformation is context. Models are rapidly becoming commodities that you can swap in and out, but your organizational context...the unique, evolving knowledge spread across your tools, people, and history...is the durable advantage. If you can mine, structure, and activate that context effectively, you’ll truly unlock the possibilities. We’re excited to keep pushing what’s possible when AI understands your people, your knowledge, and how work actually gets done. https://lnkd.in/eF5_ZwTJ
