LinkedIn company profileA great brand means nothing if it doesn’t connect with its audiences. Around the world, companies are falling short of their full brand expression, failing to capitalize on how they show up and interact with their audiences. And failing to break through the noise of their crowded marketplaces. Don’t blame them for a lack of vision. Blame it on the technology. The disjointed stacks of tools that

The hardest part of hiring isn't finding people who can do the job. It's finding people who are ready to outgrow the one they're in. I've been thinking about this as I open up a PMM role on my team at Contentstack. The role owns Data Cloud, our CDP (Lytics) and Personalize products. It's one of the most strategically important pillars of our platform, and it sits squarely in the middle of where enterprise marketing is going: real-time data, AI-driven personalization, composable everything. I'm not looking for the perfect resume. I'm looking for someone who's done a couple of years of solid PMM work, maybe in CDPs, personalization, or experimentation, and is quietly ready for the next thing. Someone who wants to own a category narrative, not just contribute to one. If you've been waiting for the role that asks more of you, this might be it.

May 2026I’ve been quiet on LinkedIn for about a year. Not because I ran out of things to say. More because I was too deep in the work to come up for air. The last six months at Contentstack were a lot. New responsibilities, a team to support, big launches in flight, and enough internal change to keep anyone on their toes. The kind of period where you’re just trying to keep up. I learned a lot. I also had to unlearn some things, which is the part nobody really warns you about. Turns out the habits that make you good at doing the work aren’t always the habits that make you good at leading others through it. I’m still figuring out where that line is. What got me here won’t get me where I want to go. That’s not a bad thing. It’s just the next thing to figure out. If you’re a PMM, GTM leader, or just someone navigating what the next version of your career looks like, glad you’re here.
Apr 2026A year ago, I wrote about how AI would become the front door to SaaS and UI would fade into the background. Here's that piece: https://lnkd.in/dF7_xgn5 Last week, Salesforce announced Headless 360. It’s a strong signal that this shift was inevitable. The way users engage with software is already changing. People no longer want to navigate software, they simply state what they need and expect outcomes. That expectation changes what software needs to do. At Contentstack , we give AI agents direct access to content and data, so they don’t just help, they shape the entire user experience. Agent OS becomes the system of actions, Content Cloud the system of records, and Data Cloud the system of context. That is what we define as an Agentic Experience Platform (AXP). This is not about better UX. It is about recognizing user behavior and building for it. The front door to software is no longer an interface, it is intent.

Apr 2026After 10+ years in QA, I built something I never thought I'd build. My very own AI Agent for QA. That streamlines my job. Faster than I did it manually. What used to take 4-5 hours of testing time per PR now happens in < 10-15 minutes. It: • Reads GitHub PRs • Does semantic diff → impact analysis • Decides what to test vs skip • Generates Java E2E tests • Raises a ready-to-review PR for E2E repo 👉 End-to-end. No manual effort. 🧠 What shifted for me: QA was never about writing test cases. It was about judgment. – What actually changed? – What can break? – What’s not worth testing? That judgment is now codified into a system. ⚙️ Built using a hybrid AI pipeline ( Claude + Gemini ): • Lower hallucination → higher accuracy • Targeted context → lower token usage • Execution-first (vs heavy IDE workflows like Cursor/Codex) Less hallucination. More determinism. Correctness > creativity. QA isn’t going away. But it’s definitely evolving. If you’re in QA - are you still writing tests, or designing systems that decide them ? Apr 2026Reflecting on Year One at Contentstack ... It’s been a good time to step back and think about why the year went by so fast. We talk a lot about tools and tech, but the day-to-day reality is all about the people. I’ve found that the best work happens when the team dynamic is actually healthy. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about having a group where: Communication is straightforward and honest. Problem-solving is a team effort rather than a solo struggle. The atmosphere stays light, even when we’re busy. It makes a massive difference when you can respect your colleagues' skills and enjoy their company at the same time. Looking forward to what the next year brings with this crew 💜 P.S. Yes, we do have great lighting in the office! 😂
