Celebrated our growing (and incredible) New York team last night in their beautifully renovated space. There are no words for how amazing it was to see our home in The Empire State Building lit up in Corgan yellow 💛 — a true pinch-me brand moment! What stays with me most after events like these is the people behind the brand. NYC, thank you for the warm welcome and for continuing to make Corgan the very best there is! 🟨

Corgan is home here in New York - and tonight, the Empire State Building lit up yellow to celebrate our newly renovated, crisp, elegant space in the building (which is also on its way to be certified by Fitwel Certification System as well as Zero Carbon by ILFI). Thanks to the amazing Corgan design and sustainability teams and all who came out to celebrate with us. Thank you Empire State Realty Trust for painting it yellow!

There's something special about gathering with thousands of industry leaders who are genuinely excited about the future of Real Estate Development and our cities. Last week I attended the ULI Spring Meeting in Nashville and left with a renewed sense of purpose and optimism. Walking through Music City Center, I was struck by the energy. Yes, there are challenges ahead: market uncertainties, sustainability and financial pressures, the impact of AI on our work… What stood out most wasn't the problems being discussed, but the collaborative and innovative spirit being brought to solve them by so many in attendance. Some highlights for me: - Garth Brooks headlining the Opening Session (and him giving away a signed guitar a la Oprah style!) - Giving the intro at the WLI coffee connect alongside my Corgan family 💛 - The WDC walking tour! - Getting excited about AI with Zack Kaas during the Closing Session. - Spending too many late nights networking on Broadway 🤠 I left with a full notebook, new connections, and a reminder of why I love this work. There's real magic in being surrounded by people who believe in what they do. Here's to the future we're building together! One of my highlights of last week in Nashville was the tour of the Neuhoff District a mixed-use redevelopment project developed by New City Properties, LLC and Cousins Properties in Nashville’s historic Germantown neighborhood. Situated on a 14 acre riverfront site that once housed the Neuhoff Meatpacking Plant the development designed by Smith Gee Studio , HKS, Inc. and Kimley-Horn blended 1920s industrial architecture with modern office towers, retail spaces and luxury residential, the placemaking was incredible and so well done! Thank you Erin Miracle Grable , JE Dunn Construction and BeltATL for the invitation it was the best way to kick off the week!
