ServiceNow ’s new AI-Native products are about to make AI adoption unavoidable. For the past year, most AI inside ServiceNow has lived behind “Plus” licensing. Customers bought it, but in many cases it stayed largely undeployed. AI felt like something you could turn on, not something the platform expected you to use. That’s about to change. The new generation of ServiceNow SKUs announced last week bakes AI directly into the products themselves. Capabilities that used to sit off to the side are becoming part of the core platform — alongside things like Workflow Data Fabric, AI Control Tower, and the broader agentic architecture ServiceNow has been building toward. In other words, AI stops being an add-on and starts becoming part of how the platform actually works. That’s going to create a new challenge for customers. When AI was optional, it was easy to defer. When it’s embedded everywhere, the question becomes where to apply it first — across HR, IT, Facilities, customer operations, and beyond. That’s why the activation work matters so much. Over the past six months we’ve been running AI workshops to help clients go from “where do we start?” to “when do we start?” — identifying real workflow problems, mapping them to ServiceNow capabilities, and sequencing adoption so value shows up early. As these AI-native products roll out, that muscle becomes a lot more important. Scott Clarke Rhonda Blatti Scott Carney Will Tosney Santosh Bungle Joel Bowles Carl Luckett INRY Cprime, Inc
Apr 2026ServiceNow Moveworks is the furnace. #NowAssist is the wood. Don't think about them as competitors. Moveworks is the interface - it's where employees ask, where intent gets understood, where requests get triaged, where "requesters" answers are provided. It’s the generalist. NowAssist is the execution - where work actually gets done — closing tickets, generating outputs, executing specific agentic functions inside workflows on behalf of fulfillers. The furnace is a tool, the wood produces the heat. Every company requires an interface - it drives efficiency and is the gateway for operating AI-first. And if an agent can do something faster and cheaper than a human, customers will happily burn tokens to get that outcome. That’s the shift - in this new world don't think about Now Assist as a product, think about it as agentic work being executed. Once you see it that way, it’s not “which one do I use?” - both are critical. INRY Cprime, Inc
