I love the smell of freshly printed guidebooks! So we made one… just for Hannover.😎 A 24-page handout pulled straight from last year’s Industry 4.0 workshop. Not a recap… an analysis of the data, a reflection on the discussions, and an application to where things stand today. Inside: • What manufacturing leaders kept coming back to • The trends that held up (and a few that didn’t age so well) • 94 real use cases → what’s still in pilot vs what’s actually running A few patterns jump out pretty quickly when you see it all in one place. If you’re at Hannover Messe 2026… Come find Jeff’s Corner at the Critical Manufacturing booth 📍 Hall 15, C14 Let’s chat Industry 4.0 and AI 😀
Apr 2026Reporting live from HANNOVER MESSE Yes… I brought the full Captain America suit. 🛡️ Jeff’s Corner 2.0 is now officially a protected zone.😎 Somehow this has turned into: • A meetup point for people navigating 20+ halls • A place to sanity-check what you just heard at a booth • And somehow… a place where Captain America is talking Industry 4.0 No presentations. No pitch. Just real conversations, a few laughs, and a lot of “what actually matters here?” So if you see Captain America at a booth… you’re not lost. You’ve found the right place. Swing by Critical Manufacturing ’s booth Hall 15, C14 Worst case: you get a photo. Best case: you leave with a better idea of what to actually do next.
Apr 2026Hannover Messe is the world's largest industrial tradeshow, attracting ~125,000 people last year! It is not just another event… It’s 𝐓𝐇𝐄 industrial stage. Hosted in Hannover, Germany, this fair is massive!!! Over 4,000 exhibitors spanning between 392,453 and 496,000 square meters of indoor space (that’s roughly 4.2 to 5.3 million square feet for my American friends) across 24–27 halls and pavilions. There are entire halls dedicated to automation, AI, energy, and digital ecosystems. And...leaders from pretty much every major industrial company on the planet will be there! If you don’t map out your day, you won’t just get lost… you’ll get 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐝. There’s a very real chance you’ll end up three halls deep, wondering how you got there and what time it is. 🤣 Even the best planners only see a fraction of what’s offered! If you’re going, let’s connect. If you’re not… just know this is where a big chunk of the industry decides what’s next. 📍 You’ll find it inside Critical Manufacturing ’s booth: Hall 15, Booth C14 🗓️ April 20th (Monday afternoon) 🗓️ April 21st (Tuesday all day) ******************************************* • Visit www.jeffwinterinsights.com for access to all my content and to stay current on Industry 4.0 and other cool tech trends • Ring the 🔔 for notifications!
Apr 2026I know I’m biased… but isn’t this the coolest booth backdrop?!?! Jeff’s Corner is coming to life at Hannover Messe, and this one turned out better than how I pictured it. 😍 Four “AI superheroes,” each representing what it actually takes to make AI work in the real world. 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Acting with clarity and speed Captain America: “Do what’s right. Do it now.” 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Seeing what others miss Batman: “I don’t wait for failure… I hunt it.” 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Interpreting patterns others don’t see Obi-Wan Kenobi: “You must learn to see beyond the obvious.” 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Operating in the real world Jon Snow: “Theory doesn’t survive the cold.” It’s fun… but it’s also real. Most teams don’t struggle with ideas — they struggle with connecting these four things together. If you’re going to be at Hannover Messe, come check it out in person.
