Apr 2026I ran a poll last week. 43% said engagement surveys fail because leadership doesn't prioritize the results. Not the data. Not the platform. The people at the top. That's the hardest problem in HR, because no tool solves it. Only the right internal champion does. The real question isn't "how do I get better data?" It's "how do I get my CEO to actually care about it?" How do you make that case? One thing I've seen work, bring a number, not a score. Not "engagement dropped 12 points." But "if we lose 3 more managers this quarter, that's $240K in replacement costs." That's the language that gets a seat at the table. And it's exactly the conversation Culture Amp is built to help HR leaders have, connecting engagement data to business outcomes so it can't be ignored. Curious what that looks like for your org? DM me.
Apr 2026I’ve heard such positive things about our Culture First Forums since joining Culture Amp and this week’s event in London certainly lived up to the praise. It was a meaningful day of sharing insights and community with our customers and the energy of change that AI is bringing was palpable in every session. Key takeaways for me included: 1️⃣We are all feeling fear and uncertainty around AI— but curiosity to learn and embrace change is the stronger sentiment. HR has an unprecedented opportunity to lead in this moment. 2️⃣Everyone feels like they are behind, and there was comfort in knowing that we not alone in feeling that way. Very few companies have it figured out— we are all experimenting and learning in real time. 3️⃣The power of shared community has never been more important than it is right now! A big thank you to Katy McIntyre and Vicky Thorburn for joining me onstage to share your many insights. And a huge thank you to the entire village at Culture Amp that put together this amazing experience for our customers. Next stop New York!
