Big congratulations to Nofar Hachmon on her well-deserved promotion to Lead Product Manager 🚀 Over the past ~3 years at Cycode , Nofar has done something truly special. She didn’t just step into the Secret Scanning domain; she mastered it, owned it, and helped others grow into it as well, onboarding and guiding new team leads along the way. From there, she expanded the domain into NHI, and more recently, has taken a leading role in shaping our AI Security & Governance (ADLC Security) efforts. Watching her dive into new, complex areas and turn them into structured, impactful product directions has been nothing short of impressive. Beyond the domains and execution, what really stands out is how she does it, with positivity, ownership, and a genuine ability to lead people. I’ve never heard a single complaint; only great things from everyone who works with her. She constantly challenges herself, improves, and shows up with a strong customer-facing mindset. I’m personally very proud of the journey we’ve been on together over the last 3 years, and even more proud to see this recognition. Honestly, I don’t think anyone in the company is surprised 🙂 Well deserved, Nofar. This is just the beginning 💪 P.S. Can’t believe this is the only picture we have together… probably time to bring a photographer to the office soon 😅
