Within the last week she has been recognized publicly: - 2025 Talent 100 - Noon AI - Honoree on the ORiON Luminary List for Q1 Beth is part of the leadership team for the Birmingham AI (HR & People) and has been invited to lead an AI panel discussion at the upcoming Techs and the City. I'm an Enneagram 2 with a very strong 3 wing... which basically means I'm equal parts “Do you need anything?” and “Did I win yet?”. 🤷🏼♀️ (middle child syndrome) So, when Noon AI names me one of their Top 100 in talent and the future of work, it's not something I take lightly. But it's hard to receive recognition like this without thinking about the people around you. I was so touched yesterday when I heard Christina Koch say after Artemis II splashed down, "...a crew is a group that's in it all the time,... same purpose,... willing to sacrifice silently for each other,... gives grace,... holds accountable." She was talking about going to the moon. But I kept thinking about the people I work with at Daxko . I get to work alongside team members and leaders who actually operate that way. That doesn't happen everywhere, and it doesn't happen by accident. So, thank you, Noon AI, for the recognition.
