Today was another great day to be DEUTZ CFO. At our #AGM , we presented results that show our strategy is working — even in a tough market. 2025 in numbers: → Revenue €2.04bn, adjusted EBIT margin 5.5% → Service and Energy growing strongly — broadening our base → "Future Fit" on track to clearly exceed our original €50m savings target → Share price +110.5% in 2025, back in the MDAX since March → Proposed dividend: €0.18 per share Resilience, discipline, and a broader base — that's what these numbers stand for. Two more highlights from today: A warm welcome to Katharina Krüger , joining our Management Board as Chief Transformation Officer. Having transformation represented at Board level is exactly the right signal for where DEUTZ is heading. Looking forward to the work ahead with her and Dr. Sebastian C. Schulte . And: our new brand is visible — developed with more than 1,300 colleagues and built on 160+ years of DEUTZ history. Seeing it in action was a real moment. It simply works. Thank you to our shareholders for your trust, and to our teams for everything behind these numbers. And behind today.
May 2026Nothing beats face-to-face interactions. After several virtual AGMs, it was good to meet our shareholders in person today. Conversations are simply different when you're in the same room. The headline from today: DEUTZ is changing — and the change is paying off. In a tough market, we delivered €2.04bn in revenue and a 5.5% adjusted EBIT margin in 2025. Service grew to €556.7m, Energy to €257.0m. Our share price climbed 110.5% over the year, we rejoined the MDAX in March, and the Board is proposing a dividend of €0.18 per share. But numbers are only the result. What's really changing is how we run the company. → The board is complete again: The supervisory board announced its decision to expand the DEUTZ management board to three people again. Installing a Chief Transformation Officer is strong signal that transformation, culture and HR are key to making Next DEUTZ work. Looking forward to working together with Katharina and Oliver on our way forward! → Five business units with full P&L accountability: Engines, Service, NewTech, Energy, Defense. Faster decisions, closer to customers. → Cooperation over ego. SOBEK Group GmbH , ARX Robotics and TYTAN Technologies in Defense. Blue Star Power Systems and FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH in Energy. We bring industrial strength; partners bring what they do best. "Not invented here" suits us just fine. → Industry matters (again). Ideas don't defend nations or power data centers — products do. DEUTZ supports forces worldwide, including 14 NATO members. Sovereignty without industrial capability is a slogan, not a strategy. → AI is non-negotiable. AI won't replace people. But people who don't use AI will be replaced by those who do. We've launched a company-wide initiative to put that into practice. → Talent is the real bottleneck. That's why we're opening up new talent pools — through our partnership with Sporthilfe , by looking at athletes and at everyone with the right mindset and drive, even if their CV isn't a straight line. This is how we continue building the Next DEUTZ. Thank you to our shareholders for your trust, and to our teams around the world for making this transformation real. And setting up a perfectly executed AGM - in person 🙏 Next DEUTZ is well underway.
May 2026Three cities, three colleagues, three take-aways: This week, we had several meetings with current and potential investors in Helsinki, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Here is what I take with me from the Nordics: 1️⃣ We experience an ever stronger interest in the transformation of DEUTZ that is both encouraging and motivating. 2️⃣ Understanding and appreciation of our buy and build strategy is high. Always combined with the note that transformation and integration aspects are key to grow further, couldn't agree more! 3️⃣ The Nordics are just a great place to be: Great people, open mindset and smart investors 😉 Thanks to Lars and Rolf for making the trip, too, and an excellent preparation 💪 And to Christopher Rygaard and Lasse Stüben from Berenberg for setting us up 🙏
Apr 2026🚀 Highly Productive Roadshow in Barcelona & Madrid Barcelona and Madrid were two highly focused and exceptionally productive stops on our recent DEUTZ roadshow. In both cities, we met with a very knowledgeable group of institutional investors. The conversations were direct, detailed, and centered on the tangible progress we are making in building the #nextDEUTZ — with a strong emphasis on strategy execution, operational performance, and disciplined capital allocation. At the heart of our discussions was our transformation: strengthening our profitable core Engines business while systematically expanding into energy solutions and selected defense applications. Our new structure — five focused, synergistic business units — positions us to scale these opportunities more effectively and translate them into resilient margins and sustainable cash generation. What stood out clearly across both Barcelona and Madrid: strong interest in our strategic direction, paired with clear expectations around speed and consistency of execution. Exactly the right focus. “Tomorrow is always built today.” This mindset is guiding how we approach the next phase of DEUTZ — pragmatic, focused, and fully committed to delivery. A big thank you to Lars Boelke , our new Head of Communications and Investor Relations, and to Rolf Becker , Senior Manager IR, for the strong collaboration and for enabling such a high‑quality exchange with the market - and taking the picture 😊. And an extended thanks to Anna Phillips-Taylor, Mag. in Madrid and Norbert Dr. Kalliwoda in Barcelona for the great organisation. Now it’s about continuing to execute — and delivering on what we have set out to achieve. #DEUTZ #Roadshow #Barcelona #Madrid #CapitalMarkets #Transformation #Execution
Apr 2026Dear Marco Herre , a very strong perspective—and highly relevant in today’s environment. DEUTZ brings a distinctive powertrain DNA to the defense space, supporting both established primes and emerging “neo-primes” with reliable, mission-critical propulsion solutions—for manned and unmanned systems alike. At the same time, DEUTZ stands for real industrial capability: scaling production, mastering complex supply chains, and managing high variant diversity with consistency and quality—capabilities that are essential for operational readiness today. In combination with partners like ARX Robotics and TYTAN Technologies, this creates tangible value where it matters most: speed, scalability, and delivery.
Apr 2026We are building the #nextdeutz : And Madrid and Barcelona made one thing clear: DEUTZ is gaining real momentum. Across both roadshow stops, our team had sharp, challenging and highly relevant discussions with leading institutional investors—confirming the strong interest in our transformation and growth path. We are executing decisively: building on our strong heritage while deliberately expanding into faster-evolving, high-growth markets—transforming DEUTZ into a focused provider of innovative and sustainable mobility and energy solutions as well as establishing ourselves in the defense sector. Strong teamwork throughout—thanks to Oliver Neu , our CFO, Lars Boelke , our new Head of Communications, and Rolf Becker from our IR team. #DEUTZ #Transformation #Execution #Growth #CapitalMarkets
Apr 2026This region never stops to impress me: Just returned from Singapore, where I spent valuable time with our APAMEA team. APAMEA? Stretches from Australia to South Africa and is home to around five billion people, representing the world’s most dynamic growth markets. The energy and momentum across all fields where we are active is remarkable: from diesel engines for remote off‑highway applications, to backup energy generation, the data‑center boom, defense applications, battery electric technologies, and of course our global service network. A big thank‑you to our outstanding local team, led by Sina Gauss and Patrick Bretz , as well as our country presidents Craig Chamberlin CCEO MAICD , Jong Hun Choi , 米田 (Yoneda)龍二 (Ryu), and Vedajna Vittal . They provided deep insights into their markets and business perspectives that gives us reason to stay bold. This visit made one thing very clear: it is not only a privilege but also a lot of fun to jointly build the next DEUTZ with all of you. Thanks!
