Doximity is one example where they do clinic AI where they basically let doctors ask deep medical questions matching symptoms to medication and side effects and have well-rounded research around everything in medical space.
View source postA colleague told me a story about how their child said they want to work at our company when they're older. When asked why, they said they want to be able to get their kids from the bus stop every day just like their mom. It's a small thing, but it makes such a difference to work at a place that values who you are at work AND at home. We already do a great job of this at Doximity , but I'm excited to see what our new ERG, Caregivers@Dox, does to make us even better! #belonging #ergs #inclusiveculture
May 2026Prescribing medicine is one of the most routine things physicians do, yet it's also one of the most fragmented. Write the script → Wait for pharmacy callbacks → Coverage issues → Patients surprised by costs at pickup → Try again! Today we're shipping 𝗗𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲. Physician writes the prescription, Patient gets a text, they choose their pharmacy and done! 𝗗𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 lives inside Dialer. Works on any device. Free for verified U.S. physicians, NPs, and PAs. Built in partnership with Photon . The visit. The note. The clinical question. The prescription. One place, all workflows inside the Doximity app you already love. More details: https://lnkd.in/eGxqR9At

May 2026In healthcare, trust is a fragile asset. It takes years to build, but a single biased AI output can break it in seconds. 🧠 I’ve been reflecting on a recent piece in Nature regarding the “bidirectional web of trust” in AI-assisted healthcare. It’s a powerful reminder: 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. https://lnkd.in/eWcmjMrc Physicians—who are responsibly skeptical and highly educated—don't just need tools that are "smart." We need tools that are ethically sound and clinically reliable. Physicians also won’t just take anyone's word for it; they want to see the rigorous work happening behind the scenes. At Doximity , we’re moving from theory into practice with our equitable AI design framework. Instead of treating AI as a "magic box," we’ve established a structured pathway to detect, measure, and mitigate bias across our clinical tools. By integrating human-in-the-loop oversight with automated testing, we are ensuring that our technology remains both clinically accurate and socially responsible. We don’t have all the answers yet, but we are committed to this iterative process. It’s how we show our members that we value the trust they place in us every time they use our products. 💙 Big thanks to Alice Shen, MD, MPH , Mona Ascha, M.D., Arvind Rajan , and the rest of the Doximity Ask team for helping lead this work.
May 2026In Puerto Rico, we have a saying: "No es lo mismo llamar al diablo que verlo venir." (It’s one thing to talk about a challenge; it’s another to face it.) In health tech, we talk a lot about the "promise" of AI to improve productivity. But for me, the real work is in the "verlo venir"— actively facing the systemic biases and diagnostic blind spots built into traditional medical literature. 🧰 We’ve created a responsible AI framework at Doximity to detect, measure, and mitigate these biases. An example of this in action is how we support DoxGPT, our clinical reference tool. Traditional medical texts often treat lighter skin as the default reference point. This contributes to significant disparities: people with skin of color are four times more likely to require a biopsy and wait three times longer for a psoriasis diagnosis. By applying a health equity lens, we work to ensure our tools surface how conditions actually present across skin tones. 📈 Scaling equitable design isn't just a "DEI project"— it’s about clinical accuracy. When we design for those at the margins, we create a better, more reliable tool for every clinician and patient. 🌱 We still growing in this journey, but by turning health equity into a strategic framework, we’re building a more equitable future for medicine. #HealthEquity #ResponsibleAI #HealthTech
Apr 2026I’m a little behind on my posting, but I couldn’t let the moment pass without sharing some exciting news. I am incredibly honored to share that I was named Business Development Representative of the Quarter! While the recognition is a personal milestone, this was truly a team effort. A massive thank you to my colleagues at Doximity—your support, collaboration, and constant drive for excellence make hitting these goals possible. I’m lucky to work alongside the best in the business. Every day, we get to help bridge the gap between top-tier medical facilities and the talented physicians they need to provide world-class care. There's nothing more fulfilling than knowing that a connection we made today leads to better patient outcomes tomorrow. As we move further into the year, I’m excited to see the impact we can continue to make here at Doximity Talent Solutions. Thanks again to everyone who has been part of this journey so far—let’s keep the momentum going! #Doximity #PhysicianRecruitment #Milestones #BusinessDevelopment #Team
Apr 2026DoxGives is an employee volunteer initiative started by Doximity co-founder Shari Buck and carried on by Erin Gray . They've done great work over the years, and I'm really excited about the launch of our new committee structure to grow this work under Doximity.org . 🌱 Structure creates sustainability, fosters growth, and reduces strain. Doximity employees care about our mission, and we want to advance health equity with our products and our time. A huge thank you to this group for launching this initiative and trusting my vision! I can't wait to see the impact you'll have over the next year! 👏🏼 #doximity #volunteerism #employeeengagement
