As I close an important chapter of my journey, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to my team and colleagues at ElasticRun . Over the last two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on some truly impactful initiatives building and scaling processes, driving operational efficiencies, and contributing to the growth of a fast-evolving logistics ecosystem. A key highlight was introducing 2-Hours, Next-Day Delivery (NDD) and Same-Day Delivery (SDD) services through SwiftER powered by ElasticRun , and successfully expanding this capability across Top 10 Metro cities helping D2C brands move closer to customers and reduce the gap between demand generation and fulfillment. Being part of this journey also gave me a front-row seat to a critical shift in e-commerce where centralized warehousing is no longer sufficient, and speed has become a core lever for conversion. The move towards distributed inventory and micro-fulfilment centres is not just a logistics upgrade, but a direct impact on reducing intent decay and improving customer experience. I would like to extend a special thanks to my manager, Tabrez Alam , for the constant guidance and support, and to the founders & leadership team Sandeep Deshmukh , Shitiz Bansal , Saurabh Nigam and Mukesh Mittal for their vision and trust. From navigating complex challenges to delivering meaningful outcomes, every experience has been a learning curve that has shaped both my professional and personal growth. What stands out the most, however, is the incredible set of people I’ve had the privilege to work with. The collaboration, resilience, and shared ambition made even the toughest problems exciting to solve. I leave with immense gratitude, valuable learnings, and strong relationships that I will always carry forward. Looking ahead to new beginnings, but always thankful for where it all strengthened. #Gratitude #NewBeginnings #LearningJourney #Logistics #D2C #LastMile #QuickCommerce #Growth
