Yesterday, I had the privilege of being part of a small, candid conversation with our EVP Arvind Srinivasan and it reminded me of something we often overlook: the power of simply being in the room, listening, and asking real questions. No slides. No agenda. Just honest dialogue, shared experiences, and perspectives that cut through the noise. The kind of session that makes you think differently on your walk back to your desk. Thanks to our employee engagement head Aishwarya Arvind and her team for organizing it so well. eMudhra Aishwarya Arvind Leeno K J samrudhi kara Astha Dubey Palak Kashyap Ambarish Yadav Haseeb A. Apr 2026Yesterday, I had the opportunity to have a Coffee with Arvind Srinivasan at eMudhra—and it turned out to be such an insightful experience. It was not just a casual conversation over coffee, but a space where we could openly ask questions, understand his journey, and learn from his perspective on international sales and growth. I genuinely enjoyed how interactive the session was—asked a lot of questions, learned a lot more, and walked away with some great takeaways. What stood out the most was how approachable and candid he was while sharing his experiences. Sessions like these truly make a difference—they inspire, give clarity, and leave you thinking. A big thank you to the Employee Engagement team for organizing this and for giving me the opportunity to be a part of it.
