I was truly delighted last week to deliver a professional training course on Management Skills to nearly forty outstanding colleagues from the Egyptian petroleum sector, hosted at ENPPI headquarters in New Cairo. This remarkable engagement not only reflected the sector’s depth of talent, but also highlighted the leadership’s strategic commitment to developing the capabilities of senior and mid-level management. What struck me most was that when we discussed leadership skills, the participants spoke for a full 120 minutes about Moataz Atef , citing him as a living example of every leadership quality.
