Every year, the Monday following Mother's Day, I board a plane for our Annual Conference, which has evolved from the National Sales Meeting to ePlus Transform. This event allows us to connect with peers and partners, learn, celebrate, and recharge for the upcoming year. I always leave with a sense of gratitude, excitement, and renewed passion. We have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing technology solutions that address our customers' challenges and enhance their organizational efficiency. As the world changes and the landscape evolves, we are reminded by John Bengivenni, EVP at ePlus, that we are some of the best and brightest master builders, collaborating to bring the future to the forefront….and what a privilege that is. It's an exciting time to be at ePlus. Thank you to everyone who contributes to making this journey worthwhile. The best is yet to come. #eplus

For those who were not fortunate enough to know Micah, he was an incredible person - a true leader, an engineer’s engineer, and an amazing friend. Tragically, he was taken from us far too early in a car accident, and the loss had a profound impact across our engineering community. Naming the Engineer of the Year award in his honor is a meaningful way to continue recognizing his legacy and the standard he embodied. Past recipients represent an outstanding group, including engineers like Andy Ritter , Adam Stone and Robert Cox , all of whom have made a lasting difference at ePlus. Transform is always a great experience, but for me this recognition is the highlight of the entire week. Adding Scott to this list speaks volumes about the impact of his contributions—not only to his customers, but to the broader community as well. Very well deserved. When Micah passed, he left a letter to his two young sons and I'll leave you with a short quote from it: "Draw your own conclusions. Ask "why" about everything - even the answers to those questions. Be confident in yourself and your own ability to think and make great decisions. Never let somebody pressure you to a decision or action that goes against your better judgement. If you make a mistake on your own, you can still sleep at night.”

After a great weekend relaxing, the week spun up and went by quick. Wow what a week, it was great connecting with the extended ePlus team and all of our great partners. To top it off I was honored last night by being selected as one of our Souteast Area All Stars and get to attend our Presidents Club trip!
