May 2026Today, on 15 April, I welcomed a delegation from Lithuanian law enforcement bodies to the European Court of Auditors as part of a visit to the #EPPO and EU institutions located in Luxembourg. The delegation included representatives of the Financial Crime Investigation Service within the Ministry of the Interior, the Customs Criminal Service, the Special Investigation Service, and the Police Department of the 🇱🇹 Republic of Lithuania. During the visit, discussions focused on the ECA’s mission and work programme, including an overview of our role in safeguarding the financial interests of the European Union. The delegation showed strong interest in the Court’s activities, engaging actively and raising numerous questions throughout the exchange.
