🇳🇱 Together with Anna Pierre Gunlycke, Head of People and Talent Growth at WirelessCar , I’m in Breda, Netherlands today. Our partnership and the way we’ve been working with Total Talent Management has been noticed and we are nominated and made it to the finals of the Total Talent Summit Awards in Breda. Today, a winner will be selected by an independent jury. I’m both excited and proud. Eight years ago, when we first started building the partnership with WirelessCar, I wouldn’t have imagined we’d be here. What has truly made the difference is working as one team. With our client, with colleagues in the client team and with all partners and professionals involved. Continuously challenging each other and being open to being challenged is key to real progress. Focusing on what is right, not who is right. Not just in the short term, but over time. Regardless of the outcome, this is proof that we’re onto something. The future of work is not about owning talent, but about having access to it at the right time, regardless of employment type. Thank you Anna Pierre Gunlycke for presenting our case and a big thanks to Dennis Van de Vijver, CCWP for the support and it’s exciting to see the Ework Group growth in Belgium and The Netherlands with you in the lead! Also thank you to NextConomy , ZiPconomy & Werf& for hosting this event!
