Representing both America 🇺🇸 and Exiger at the London Defence Conference last week, one word kept surfacing: Readiness. Not as a slogan. As a requirement. Readiness today means many things at once - military strength, strong alliances, an industrial base that can sustain pressure, and supply chains that can absorb shocks and keep moving. But here’s the reality: visibility is still uneven. Partial maps. Delayed signals. Gaps at the sub-tier. And even when they do see it, they can’t act fast enough. When a critical mineral gets restricted, a supplier goes dark, a logistics lane is disrupted, or a non-kinetic attack hits the industrial base - can they move fast enough? That is the new test. The next fight will not only be kinetic. It will be economic, industrial, digital, and infrastructural. Supply chain is part of the battlespace. It is the front line. The shift: readiness is no longer about seeing risk. It's about compressing the time from signal to action. Because in this environment, speed is advantage. That means command. Of your supply chain. Your data. Your decisions. This is the nexus of economic and national security — where reindustrialization, resilient supply chains, trusted alliances, and the next frontier of AI-driven execution come together. It's exactly where Exiger and our advanced AI excels. Supply Chains on command. Griffin Fletcher , Kit Conklin Scott LaFoy Ewen O'Brien

Reflecting on last week’s Gartner Supply Chain Symposium in Orlando 🇺🇸 First, it was worth the trip just for three days of airtime with Scott Lehmann giving me plenty of opportunity to challenge and align on what we need to achieve. Second, it was great to reconnect with industry friends like Ian Silver, CEPP 이안 실버 , as well as former colleagues and peers. Finally, I want to share a perspective, respectfully. Lots and lots of chat around “Ai” but how much of that Ai is truly agentic remains to be seen. Having worked in supply chain since 2009, I feel I have a strong handle on the space. Naturally, I’m biased, but with a clear view of both the market and our competitors, I’m confident in saying that Sphera ’s new Ntier solution stands well ahead of what’s currently available.
