Hands down one of the best corporate spaces I’ve had the pleasure of seeing come to life. It’s not just about the space. It’s the activation of it by staff, and the culture built around it. Well done Phil Cole , John Stemmerman , Dai Thomas, Naeemah A.S. Brown CPT, CES, BCS, PN1 and the rest of the team.
May 2026Most brand work is words trying to describe what something feels like. Then you walk into one of our spaces like JPMorganChase in New York and the story is in plain sight. That's the bar our Space Design & Development team has been raising at Exos for years. My team's job is to make the rest of the brand meet them there.
May 2026There is something special about working in an environment where excellence is the baseline. As the Performance Director for Exos overseeing our partnership with JPMorganChase, I have the privilege of seeing firsthand how we are transforming Well-being and Performance at their new global HQ and beyond. Apr 2026How times change. So far today, I have: 🛠 Resolved an issue in 10 minutes using a Ruflo agent swarm — Opus 4.7 for thinking, Sonnet 4.6 for coding and testing. The bug: when Tacit (the knowledge work productivity system I've been building this past month) generated technical docs for a project's wiki, it was leaving stale wiki docs that were no longer relevant in the database instead of replacing them all with the new set. 📺 Cleaned up UX issues in Tacit's UI. 🙋🏼♂️ Had a fantastic meeting with a stealth startup. Flipped to that company's workspace in Tacit to look up an abbreviation they use, chronicle the meeting notes, and start a planning brief. 🛠 Launched another swarm to improve the meeting-note chronicle — adding the ability to edit notes after the fact and fixing an attendee-list bug. Researched (thanks, Gemini Deep Research) SOTA portfolio, program, and project management to validate and improve the approach I'm using in Tacit and plan to build out further this week. ✏️ Used Opus to write a backlog brief for a new feature and added 3 new items to the backlog. 📋 Tested the new Dossier feature that was developed overnight, which lets a user write a document (artifact) based only on the information in specific documents they've added to that dossier from Tacit's knowledge base. ☎️ Drafted this post in Tacit's product workspace, saving it in its chronicle for future reference. This time last year, this work would have taken a few more people and two to three days. Now, it's just me and a morning. I had rarely used — or even heard of — Ruflo, swarms, agent orchestration harnesses, Claude Code, Gemini Deep Research, or the Antigravity IDE. Now they're the tools I use for most of the day, just about every day. Product and business velocity is accelerating fast! And, its a lot of fun to see. Hope we can chat and connect more along these lines...
