LinkedInAlongside You

A bittersweet post for me today: after two great runs at Fetch, I'm wrapping up my time here. Coming back to Fetch was one of the better calls I've made in my career. I got to build with sharp people on hard problems, lead a team I'm genuinely proud of, and watch the bar move up every quarter. That's a hard thing to find once. Twice is a gift. Thank you's, because a lot of names belong in this post: Ori Schnaps , I've learned a ton in the brief time we've worked together. I'm excited to watch what you help the team build next from the sidelines. Jonathan Hoag , working alongside you on some of the toughest projects will forever be a gift from my time at Fetch. My first team: 🚀 Drew Crawford , Louie Penaflor , Matt Pavlik , and Kyler Bush . Best peer group I've had. You made the hard parts manageable and the good parts more fun than they had any right to be. The engineers I got to work alongside and build amazing things: Seth Westphal , Jake Huggart , Gehrig Keane , Kim Phillip , Vadim Uchitel , Ben Fortier , Derek - , Mason O'Mara , Yuri Lapitsky , Eric Birchak , Simon Rall , Heidi Wagner , Brandon Hawker , Meghambari Khavnekar , Scott Rose, Marius Ebert and many, many others! Together you set a standard I'll be chasing for a long time. My cross-functional partners, who shaped what we built and where we pointed it: Kavita Kochar , Jayme Farrell-Ranker , Ayo Jimoh , Cassy Smithies , Rachel Ehrlich , Waleed Chaudhry , Victoria Van Arsdale-Joos , Brooke Dolan , Nikhil Jain , Kavita Sheikh . The team's best work happened in partnership with you. Thank you. Wes Schroll - there's just not enough space to capture the amazing company you built, and the leader you've been. With you at the helm, Fetch is destined for greatness. And finally, the two who made all of this possible: Wade Bruce and Bridget Schroeder . Thank you for bringing me back. Being asked to come home is a rare professional gift, and you both made it the right call every single day after. The way you lead is the bar I'll keep measuring against. I owe you a lot. What's next: I'm joining MGT Insurance to help build out an agentic insurance platform. I'll be working with some familiar faces on a problem I'm genuinely fired up about: applying AI and modern engineering to commercial insurance, an industry primed for change. Different domain, same kind of work I love: smart people, real technical depth, and a lot of green field. There and back again, and the road goes ever on.
