Really looking forward to this conversation at Clerkenwell Design Week 👏 Neuro-inclusion is one of the most important discussions happening in workplace design right now — and it’s great to see the focus moving beyond buzzwords and into real, practical thinking around how people actually experience spaces day to day. If you’re attending CDW, this is definitely one to add to the diary 👀 #ClerkenwellDesignWeek #WorkplaceDesign #NeuroInclusion #InclusiveDesign #CommercialInteriors #DesignThinking #HumanCentredDesign
May 2026Looking forward to speaking at the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) Payments Forum 2026 in Austin this week (April 20–22). I’ll be on stage with E. Drew Soinski , diving into how airlines can successfully implement Dynamic Currency Conversion and what it means for customer experience and revenue. If you’re in the area, please pop in and say hi!
Apr 2026👏🏻What an interesting session we had at the Foro de Directivas de Personas with Maja Stojanovic from Siemens ! I found it especially valuable to learn how Siemens is approaching work well-being from a true business perspective, combining data, indicators, and a long-term strategic view. We explored how they measure not only engagement but also well-being across a workforce of more than 319,000 employees, reaching a remarkable 84% work well-being score. What stayed with me most is this idea: "Work well-being is not a soft topic—it is a real business lever It impacts performance, retention, collaboration, leadership and ultimately business results." I also appreciated the message that measuring well-being properly helps organizations act more effectively. When you understand the drivers behind the data, you can make better decisions for both people and business. The next big question is how to maintain this level in times of constant transformation and with the arrival of younger generations, who bring different expectations, priorities, and ways of relating to work. Thank you, Maja Stojanovic, for such an inspiring and insightful session!
