For the last two weeks I've been running an experiment that I don't think many people have quite tried yet: I built an AI software org — a small team of AI agents with defined roles (CTO, CPO, Chief of Staff, QA, DevOps) that coordinate over Slack 24/7, write specs, ship code, review each other's PRs, deploy to production, and debug their own incidents. My role has mostly been to give ideas and approve merges.
