May 2026I work with homebuyers and homeowners across the country — not just locally. Buying a second home? Relocating for work? Kids moving out of state? If you, or someone you know, are thinking about buying or refinancing and want to talk to someone you trust, I’m always happy to help. https://lnkd.in/gUFkAuyi
May 2026Northwest Bank attended this event!!!! What an excellent way to summarize Obies Breakfast Club! I too look forward to the next 1! ❤️🏡
May 2026I was blessed to be on vacation in Mexico with 11 family members last week. If you've never taken the opportunity to eat breakfast under the palm trees, while watching the Caribbean waves hit the shore, I implore you to take the time to try it. Many of my past co-workers would pride themselves on the number of vacation days they didn't use at the end of the year. Was this to prove how important "they thought they were" or how busy "they wanted everyone to think" they were - I don't know. What I do know is, if your job will fall apart without you there for a week, you are doing something wrong! This is a lesson that we are trying to teach our young-adult, working children early in life. Train others around you, make a plan, delegate, then TURN OFF YOUR PHONE. If you need help planning your next vacation or you want to engage in some leadership coaching to figure out what's keeping you from taking that vacation -- reach out to me!
May 2026Clients tend to like simple market narratives, especially in times of economic or geopolitical uncertainty. While the bulls and bears may endlessly debate, the reality is the stock market is driven by fundamentals. On that front, the signals are much clearer than the noise. In his latest Chart of the Week blog, Nationwide’s chief market strategist Mark Hackett makes the case for watching fundamentals like net profit margins and ignoring the bulls-versus-bears debate. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gEVhRwkZ

Apr 2026Another amazing time at the Chaldean American Chambers annual awards dinner. The contributions made by this community is humbling to say the least. A big thank you to the Ammori and Denha families for allowing me to be your guest. Congratulations to Saad Nadhir this years business person of the year.
Apr 2026When I started Cooper People Group , someone who I greatly admired in my field told me I was a “worthy competitor”. I immediately shot back “Or a worthy complementer.” In that moment, I chose to not to go down the “us vs. them” path, rather a path of “we”. I decided then that I would choose a mindset of optimism and abundance. With an abundance mindset, you realize your competitors can actually be complimenters, working together towards a common goal. You realize there’s enough work to go around. You consider what’s possible vs. what’s not. You operate out of energy instead of fear. Yesterday, I was reminded of that core principle that has served me so well when I bumped into my “complimenters” at Michigan Celebrates Small Business . With parallels in our offerings, we’ve chosen to complement one another instead of compete. Great to see you ladies!
