Last week, my colleague Kristian Emel and I exhibited Fluke Corporation solutions at CED's Industrial Solutions Expo in Evansville, IN. Thanks to all who attended and special thanks to our friends and valued partners at CED .
May 2026This week I attended the Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo™ in London, where the dominant theme was clear: marketing is being fundamentally reshaped by AI, shifting buyer behaviour, and the breakdown of the traditional funnel. A few key takeaways: - AI is now embedded across the entire marketing system, not just a point solution. - The “zero click” reality is accelerating, with buyers making decisions before ever reaching your site. - MQLs and linear funnels are increasingly outdated. Buying now happens across complex buying groups, not stages. The focus is shifting toward orchestrating influence across the full buying circle, with much tighter alignment between marketing and sales around revenue outcomes. This is not incremental change. It is a structural reset in how marketing drives growth, and I am proud that our Fluke Marketing team is already on the right path to build for this new future state. A real highlight was the keynote from Dylan Alcott AO , who has won 23 quad wheelchair Grand Slam Tennis titles along with 2 Olympic medals. His speech was equal parts funny, moving, and thought provoking, challenging how we think about disability in marketing and representation. Holding his Olympic medal was a pretty special moment! Thank you Sue-Ann Prentice , Georgia Marchant and Martijn de Jonge for the great company. I now have too many ideas and not enough time! 😊 Fluke Corporation
May 2026What an energizing partner enablement week in Eindhoven! 🇳🇱 As much as I love and thrive in remote work, there is so much value in meeting face-to-face, and spending this time with our partners always brings a different level of perspective. From thoughtful discussions on enablement strategies to inspiring conversations around channel growth and joint go-to-market, every moment reinforced the value of strong, collaborative partnerships. Even amongst the jet lag and late nights for some, the energy was palpable. I’m leaving Eindhoven feeling inspired by the openness, collaboration, and ambition across this incredible community. There’s so much opportunity ahead, and I’m excited about what we’ll continue to build together. A heartfelt thank you to all of my eMaint colleagues who made the last two weeks such a success: First and foremost, (my partner in partnerships) Chris Lund , Paraic O'Lochlainn , Jay Hack , Samantha LeSesne , Michael Mills , Jason Friedman , Gavin Robinson , Christian Amland , Rudinei Prado , Marc Carroll, Rucha Deshpande , Małgorzata Ćwięczek , Áine Whelan , Weslley Cavalcante , Brian Schmidt , Tom Ray , Angela Armour, and Simone van Rooijen - van der Heijden . To our amazing inaugural group of partners for your trust, engagement, and commitment: AMPs - Asset Management & Predictive solutions. , CN Technology , EOM - Energy O&M Services , Fortevo LTD, INOTEAM , PBS - Project and Building Services LLC , aerconnect , QualiServ Facility Management , TECHNOMAX Middle East Engg LLC , I-AM , Erinova Group , Visoln , and Optimal . May 2026There’s a different level of insight that comes from being at gemba, observing the work in real time, and hearing directly from the teams who hold the best insights. That’s what makes Fortive President’s Kaizen Week so valuable. Last week focused on identifying opportunities to improve flow, strengthen standard work, and create more consistent outcomes across operations. What’s encouraging is seeing how quickly teams at Fluke Corporation aligned around solutions and turned observations into action. Continuous improvement is most valuable when it becomes part of our daily mindset, not just a one week event. This is where evolutionary change becomes revolutionary transformation. #PresidentsKaizen26 #FBSinAction
May 2026One of the most valuable parts of Fortive President’s Kaizen Week is seeing how quickly ideas evolve when teams work side by side, at the source of the problem, on the factory floor. Innovation is often associated with new technology, but many of the most meaningful breakthroughs start with better visibility, clearer workflows, and a deeper understanding of the customer experience. Last week, teams at Fluke Corporation challenged assumptions, tested improvements in real time, and focused on making systems more intuitive, scalable, and repeatable. That mindset matters because strong products are built on strong processes. The speed of learning was just as impressive as the solutions themselves. #PresidentsKaizen26 #FBSinAction
May 2026#Fluke Love seeing this Big opportunity for the next generation of electricians and technicians Getting the right tools in the hands of students and apprentices early on makes a huge difference. It’s not just about price, it’s about confidence, accuracy, and building skills the right way from the start. Excited to see Fluke continuing to invest in the next generation of talent! #StudentDiscounts #SkilledTrades #FutureTechnicians #Apprenticeships
May 2026Time truly does fly- 2 years at Fluke Corporation - I can't belive it. Thank you Georgia Marchant for sharing this throwback. JUST WOW. It's crazy to think about how things can change in such a short time. I remember this moment so clearly. We had just finished our first team-building activity (small compared with what our team has become now) and somehow found ourselves going off-road on Segways. And honestly? That probably sums up the comms team perfectly. 🤣 In communications, no two days (or routes) are ever the same. We are constantly balancing different priorities, moving at different speeds, navigating a few unexpected bumps, and adjusting course when the path changes. But what never changes is our direction: staying connected, staying focused, and delivering work that makes an impact... all with big smiles on our faces. I love being part of this team ( Georgia Marchant , Miki Mok , Dave Smith , Lindsay Schutter , Claire Comiskey , Marlene Davenport ) and I wouldn’t change the off-road moments for a second. 💛💛💛💛
May 2026Fluke is raising the bar in process monitoring with our Fluke Process Instruments. From thermal loggers to pyrometers, acoustic imagers, and thermal cameras , we’re equipping industries to achieve higher efficiency and smarter output. Our seminar in Cikarang, Driving Higher Output Through Fluke Thermal Intelligence, showed how thermal insights can transform productivity. And we’re keeping the conversation alive through our podcasts on social media. #Fluke Indonesia
May 2026Engineering teams at Fluke Corporation spend a lot of time solving technical problems. Last week's Fortive President Kaizen reminds us that some of the most important challenges are operational. I appreciated seeing teams slow down enough to observe the work carefully before jumping to solutions. The best improvements rarely come from assumptions. They come from understanding the details, asking the right questions, and testing ideas directly in the process. That discipline creates better systems, stronger collaboration, and ultimately more reliable outcomes for our customers. Continuous improvement is not a side initiative. It’s part of how great engineering organizations operate. #PresidentsKaizen26 #FBSinAction
