It was a pleasure to represent Frequentis together with Nikolaus Holzinger at this year’s BSDA Defence Exhibition in Romania. The event provided an excellent platform for valuable discussions with partners, customers, and industry representatives from across the region. I would especially like to thank our dedicated team on site: Alfonso Mateo Villa , Florian Schwarz , and Vlad Marica , for their strong commitment and professional support throughout the exhibition. Their contribution was instrumental in making our presence at the event a success. We were also honored by the support of the Austrian delegation, in particular Austrian Ambassador Ulla Krauss-Nussbaumer and the Austrian trade representatives Christoph Grabmayr & Stephan Stürzer , whose engagement underlines the importance of international cooperation and innovation within the defence and security sector. Another highlight was the close collaboration with our trusted partner Interactive Systems, with whom we jointly presented our solutions during the exhibition. It was a great pleasure to meet again with our highly valued colleagues from Interactive Systems & Business Consulting , including the General Manager Eugen Niculae , Dan R. and the company owner Matei Lupu , and to continue strengthening our long-standing partnership. Events like BSDA clearly demonstrate the importance of strong international partnerships, technological collaboration, and direct exchange with customers and partners across Central and Eastern Europe.

It was inspiring to see my Frequentis team at the EENA 112 Conference and Exhibition, delivering demo after demo. At the same time, even when exhausted, they kept their sense of humor 😆 🦆 For me, they are all winners, but this time, special kudos go to the fantastic Matteo Occhetti for coming out on top in our demo marathon! Can’t wait to see the challenge continue next year in Malmö.

🚨 Advancing Public Safety Innovation in Hamburg – Rescue‑Mate Verbundtreffen 2026 🚨 The last two days, the RESCUE-MATE research consortium came together in Hamburg for the "Verbundtreffen 2026", marking an important milestone in this exciting project funded under the #SifoLIFE program in Germany. Over two intensive and inspiring days, the entire consortium met with a shared ambition: taking resilience, coordination, and digital support for emergency response in Hamburg to the next level. 🔹 Opening & Strategic Perspective We were honored to open the event with valuable insights from: Martin Semmann ( Hub of Computing and Data Science (HCDS) ) Milva Tannenbaum ( Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg ) Ulf Bettermann-Jennes ( Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg ) Leif Brand ( VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH ) 🔹 Day 1 – Results & Progress The first day focused on presenting the achievements, intermediate results, and milestones reached so far across the project. Seeing how the individual sub-systems are evolving – and how they complement each other – clearly showed the strength of this consortium. I had the personal honor to present the intermediate results from the Frequentis point of view, highlighting how our solutions contribute to improved situational awareness, digital situation reports, and system integration within Rescue‑Mate. 🔹 Day 2 – Hackathon Spirit Day two was all about action: during a hands-on Hackathon, we worked intensely on bringing the sub-systems talking to each other. The goal: interoperability, seamless data exchange, and real operational value – raising all components to the next level through true collaboration. 👏 A big thank you to all partners for the open discussions, technical depth, and collaborative mindset. Projects like RESCUE-MATE show what is possible when research, authorities, and industry work together towards a common mission. Looking forward to the next steps! #RescueMate #SituationalAwareness #ResearchAndInnovation #frequentispublicsafety #ForASaferWorld

2025 proved what’s possible when strategy, innovation and commitment come together. It was a year that challenged us, inspired us, and ultimately reinforced why we do what we do. These moments capture what defined the year for me: clear direction, strong collaboration and people behind solutions that truly matter. Seeing ideas grow into real outcomes through teamwork and dedication has been incredibly motivating. Across countries and cultures, our customers, partners and teams came together with one clear goal: turning ideas into reality and delivering meaningful impact. The energy, openness, and shared ambition I experienced throughout the year made a real difference and reminded me how powerful collaboration can be when everyone pulls in the same direction. I’m proud of what we @ Frequentis accomplished together and even more motivated by what lies ahead. #ExpertsForASaferWorld

🪞My reflection on inspiring few days at EENA 112 conference; connecting perspectives from product, industry exchange, and customer conversations All this in the beautiful city of Riga, Latvia Attending the event, with my PM colleagues, was a great chance to step back and look at where emergency communication is heading and how it will influence product roadmaps. It was also valuable to see solutions that could complement and enhance our own offering, because strong product management is not only about developing the right things internally, but also about recognizing which external solutions fit and add value. It was extra valuable to get a glimpse of lessons learned from organizations that have deployed Real-TIme-Text, aka RTT, in their countries. This kind of knowledge exchange is what makes it worthwhile for me to attend such events. EENA brought together exactly the kind of conversations that matter for sales, for product management, and for the future of emergency communications. And it was amazing to experience it with my Frequentis colleagues Alexander Preinerstorfer Reinard van Loo Katarina Stanisavljevic Roman Stickler Peter Prater Thomas Pilsl Ronald Trieb Matteo Occhetti Marco Parigi Jürgen Seidel Bernd Laessig Georg Widdmann Knut Abrahamsen Jörg Taub Wolfgang Kampichler I am looking forward to next year's event in Malmo, Sweden! Fourth time in the same kitchen. By now, it should feel routine. It doesn’t. Recently, I spent another day at the Caritas Day Centre near Vienna Main Train Station, cooking for people experiencing homelessness. Together with my Frequentis colleagues Christian Dorner , Grasich Pia and Julia Pühringer , we prepared Zürcher Geschnetzeltes and baked brownies. Of course, the food matters. But it’s not what stays with me. What stays are the brief conversations, the eye contact, the quiet and genuine “thank yous”. Small moments of normality in a place where life too often isn’t normal at all. Moments that have a way of putting things into perspective. Every time I come back, I’m reminded that showing up matters. Some experiences lose their impact over time. This one definitely doesn’t. #ExpertsForASaferWorld
