May 2026Hey everyone 👋🏽! This week has been all about being in the office 🏢, connecting ✨, and having some truly meaningful conversations 🎙️. Started with a visit to our Ottawa office, where I got to connect with the product team and discuss upcoming milestones and roadmap goals. Then today, back in the Toronto office for a super engaging #townhall . And somewhere in between all of that, I had the opportunity to speak with Dennis Richter ✨. It turned out to be one of those conversations that stays with you. The kind of moment that actually matters, where you connect with someone in a way that creates real, meaningful insight 🌱. One question I was particularly curious 🧐 about was how Fullscript plans to scale its culture while the company continues to grow rapidly. The answer was surprisingly simple: "keeping it simple". Strong cultures are not built on complexity, but on a few clear, consistent principles that people can actually understand and live by every day 💚. What stood out was how intentional leadership is, not just in building teams, but in shaping the kind of environment where the right behaviours are encouraged and supported . We also spoke about how certain traits are consistently promoted and nurtured across teams. What resonated was the focus on quality over quantity, not just in growth, but in how we approach learning and even relationships at work. Engineers are encouraged to embody what I’d call the “3 Cs”: ✅ Competitive, striving to be a better version of themselves every day by growing faster than the company ✅ Always curious, constantly learning and exploring ✅ Bringing both together to take on and solve complex problems That combination is what helps differentiate strong talent 💪🏼 from just more talent. Another part of the conversation that stayed with me was around women👩🏽💼 in tech. The tendency to overcompensate, to prove oneself by working longer and pushing harder, is something many experience. But sometimes the real shift comes from trusting your team and allowing them to support and elevate you 💚. We also touched on something subtle but important, recognition 🎖️. Not everyone values appreciation in the same way. Some thrive in the spotlight, others prefer quiet acknowledgment. Understanding that difference is key to building inclusive and thoughtful teams. Weeks like this remind me that it is not the number of conversations or meetings that matter, but the moments that do, the ones where you build meaningful connections and walk away thinking differently 🤗. #townhall #fullscript #momentsThatMatter #realConnection
Apr 2026We built Journeys to help healthcare providers deliver the kind of care experience we want for our own family & friends. There are a lot of direct-to-consumer health experiences that push patients to go it alone. Journeys keeps the provider at the center, guiding patients through care instead of leaving them to figure it out themselves. I’m really proud of the work the Fullscript team did to bring this to life. https://lnkd.in/eThXPiDU
Apr 2026Something is broken in healthcare and nobody wants to say it out loud. The fastest-growing segment of health tech is designed to remove your doctor from the equation entirely. Subscription lab platforms. Self-service dashboards. AI-generated care plans reviewed by a rotating cast of doctors you’ll never actually meet. They call it empowerment. I think it’s abandonment dressed up in good design. Here’s what I believe. The best care still depends on a human who knows you. Not an algorithm. Not a generic mega-panel. A real provider who understands your history, interprets your results, and builds a plan around your life. That belief is why we built Fullscript Journeys. Today, we’re putting the infrastructure of modern health tech directly into the hands of 125,000 providers. Not to replace them. To make them more powerful than any self-service health subscription could ever be. The average Fullscript Journeys provider offers over five condition-specific health packages. Not a one-size-fits-all panel. Pricing starts at $50, making provider-guided care accessible to people who’ve been priced out by self-service health subscriptions. No subscription traps. No faceless tech. Just a better version of the care you’ve been looking for, with a real human at the center of it. We built journeys on 13,600 hours of clinical logic validated by our medical advisory team. But the technology isn’t the point. The point is what it gives back to the provider and the patient. Time. Clarity. Connection. The future of healthcare isn’t going to be built by removing humans from the picture. It’s going to be built by giving them better tools. Technology should enable the best human care at scale. Never replace it. Welcome to Fullscript Journeys. To care is human.
