May 2026Your heatmaps have been giving you half truths. Marketers and merchandisers have relied on standard heatmaps to tell us what is working. You look at a report, see a bright red cluster over your hero banner, and fire off slack emojis to the team... …until you realize that the traffic you are driving is low intent. You hooked them in but didn’t convince them. Now both your heatmap and your P&L are red and that next business review will be truly awful. You have activity data. You’re missing answers. Clicks and page views don’t pay the bills. It’s this sentiment that led our team at Fullstory to take a completely new approach to heatmaps, now available in early access. We have rebuilt the traditional heatmap to connect on-page behavior directly to business impact, mapping every click to actual revenue. Here is what this means practically: From Clicks to Cash: Overlay revenue, conversion rates, and Average Order Value directly onto your page elements. Want to know the exact revenue-per-click of specific product cards, carousels, or CTAs? Now you can see it in real-time. Instant Root Cause Analysis: Notice a sudden drop in clicks on a new promotion? You no longer have to guess why. Jump instantly from the aggregate visual trend directly into session replays to see exactly what friction your users encountered. Zero Manual Tagging Tax: Legacy tools penalize you if you do not tag an element before launch. Thanks to Fullstory's Autocapture, there is zero manual setup required. Your data is retroactive, gap-free, and stays intact even when you push site updates. We are providing the exact evidence that marketing and merchandising teams need to stop guessing what to test next and start prioritizing high-value revenue opportunities. If you are making optimization decisions based on clicks alone, you are only seeing half the story. Check out the link in the comments to see how we are turning visual analytics into a revenue engine.
May 2026HUMAN CONTEXT IS KEY Had a great time on The Agile Brand with Greg Kihlström® . We kept coming back to a question that every brand should be asking, that sits at the heart of what we do at Fullstory : Do you actually know what's happening in your digital experience, or do you just think you do? There's a big difference between stated truth and observed truth. And the brands winning today are the ones who've stopped guessing and started seeing the actual flow — at scale. A few highlights from our conversation: → Most companies aren't missing data. They're missing context. → Great digital experiences aren't built on assumptions. They're built on observed reality. → AI needs behavioral data to be truly useful. Without rich, session-level context, AI is just automation without empathy, wrought with hallucination. Thanks to Greg for a genuinely thoughtful conversation. Full episode below. 👇 https://lnkd.in/gdm729Wm

Apr 2026After 6 years at Fullstory , it’s time to say farewell. It’s been an incredible journey building across EMEA, working with some of the world’s best brands and learning from a team that consistently raised the bar. A huge thank you to everyone across the Fullstory team. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together. Special mentions to Andrew Fairbank , Kofi Ankomah , Peter A. , Aaron Bali , Nathalie Flaxington , Hayley Warwick & Scott Voigt and to the mentors who’ve had a lasting impact: Ash Takher & Joe Casson Now onto the next chapter. I’m excited to be joining Cursor to help scale EMEA alongside Jason Creane, Ismail Elmas & Brian McCarthy . Cursor is one of the most credible examples of AI genuinely changing how software is built today. We’re at a point where developer productivity, speed, and quality have been redefined and Cursor is right at the centre of that shift. If you're thinking about how AI transforms engineering velocity at scale, let’s talk ☎️ . Next chapter. Same mindset. Build fast. Win bigger. 🥇 #Cursor
Apr 2026Who doesn't love a solid framework. I feel like his massive pivot around the operational dependencies for for deploying enterprise software applications required a new framework. I've been hunting around for one that matched my vision. We all look at them through the lens of our individual world view. My ears perked up when Cassie Kozyrkov gave her commentary on Nvidia's recent "5-layer cake" framework which is probably perfect for them as an infrastructure provider but IMO over simplified some of the critical dependencies in data, tooling and orchestration. So what does a designer do when they want to see something they haven't seen yet? We grab a mouse and build one. In the sprit of being bold and hopefully pressure-testing my assumptions and world-view, I present to you a framework that feels right in my head but encourage discussion, dialog and challenge. What have I missed? What have I confused or over-simplified? How can the framework be better? Also are there key providers missing you think I should add? My vision isn't for this to become one of those convoluted maps where it's just a logo soup and finding your company is like a bad game of Where's Waldo - who's really critical in this newly minted future and why? I'm happy to defend Fullstory's position in the model and would encourage the same for any and all players. Link to article with Nvidia's framework: https://lnkd.in/e68TK_Nf ) If a higer-res image of this would be useful reach out. Happy to share.

Apr 2026It’s amazing to see this in action. Fullstory’s behavioral context is AI’s missing piece. Taylor P. saw the potential and trailblazed along with us.
