Functionize

Reposting this because the comments section told half the story. 30+ years in enterprise QA. I've seen a lot of tools, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don't impress easy, and marketing copy makes me more skeptical, not less. So instead of taking Functionize's word for it, I put Studio through its paces myself against Oracle EBS iModules. Not a toy app, not a happy-path demo, but the kind of customized, gnarly environment that breaks most "AI-native" testing claims on contact. One scoping note up front, because it matters: Studio doesn't support Java Forms, so I deliberately steered clear of that layer and focused on the iModules. Within that scope, it impressed me. Aisling is one of the best people I've ever worked with. She came into Functionize and almost immediately took on multiple complex projects, some with very little ramp time, and delivered on all of them. She picks things up fast, communicates clearly, and just makes good decisions without needing to be told what to do. You don't have to manage her. You point her at a problem and she figures it out.
